Removing $AAPL from the ATI list. Removing $GD. Trapped in consolidation and it'll likely take a while (or a war) for this one to break out. Keeping $DVA even though the stop got tagged yesterday. Will it affect Luxury builder $TOL? Maybe not maybe so depending on stock market conditions. I want to hold this long term anticipating interest rate drops over the next 12-18 months. I did not want to worry about individual company earnings surprises or disappointments necessitating closing an individual housing stock just before earnings. I wanted something that I wouldn't have to watch day to day. ( I think Dan calls this wall paper investment). During this period of time my $XHB has gone up about 13% while $LEN has only risen 8.8%. I'll stick with the index.

So there are a few things to watch into the end of the week, though I’m not in a big rush to put money to work without a ... - wineinquirer: $LEN $TOL MHO MTH BZH $PHM Been watching these for some time with np as of yet. They all have similar long term cups and handles (give or take) but using measured move from base to breakout to estimate tgt uncovers that many have already made significant progress toward tgts. The two that still look attractive for gains seem to be $LE N & $TOL. Both are not too far above the breakout and thus have more potential for gains. May take an entry (or two) small today as home building sector still strong (from a technical pattern standpoint) as inventory still is tight. In my area (Marana, Az), home builders (some public, some private) have been building non-stop since prior to COVID. Lots for 150-250 new homes seem to sprout like new grass all around us.
