- billyzeke: Monster investments $MSFT - said Thursday it is planning to invest an additional $4 billion over the next three years to build a second artificial intelligence data center in Wisconsin. The new pledge brings the company's total investment in Wisconsin to more than $7 billion, including the initial $3.3 billion Fairwater AI data center in Mount Pleasant, the company said. The Fairwater facility, which remains on track to open in early 2026, will be equipped with hundreds of thousands of Nvidia $NVDA graphics processing units designed to deliver 10 times the performance of today's fastest supercomputers, Microsoft said.

- kenb: @joelsg1 $CORZ $CRWV $MSFT wow, that is one scathing report. What jumps out to me is that $MSFT accounts for 70% of revenue and chose $NBIS for expansion. Though that could be as simple as it states "Microsoft’s push to diversify and de-risk its supply chain." When I worked in IT, upper management did the same thing and not want to put all our eggs in one basket. No positions other than $MSFT as this plays out.
