On the weekly this bounced right off the breakout level. Next resistance at 9.00.
- arrow: $ARAY - Recently completed acquisition of Tomotherapy, trading at just under 1x 2012 revenue. Daily chart is messy (whose isn't?) but the weekly chart gives a clearer picture. That downtrend, on account of the surprise TOMO acquisition, took $ARAY back to the breakout level from earnings. Now heading back up. (Again, the focus is on the weekly chart, not meant to be one of those coffee stocks:-))

- rbmoult: $ARAY - Newbe trying to put what I have learned over the last couple of weeks to work. I have doing some research and would appreciate any comments on this stock. Short interest has increased by 59% to 2.9M shares (56.8M in float) in the last month. It was upgraded to Outperform a week ago by ZAKS and the chart appears to show a volatility #squeeze.

- arrow: $ARAY - Apparently the breakout earlier in January was a shot-across-the-bow, on the upside. This is breaking out and is in a volatility expansion on a weekly & monthly chart. Analysts are coming around and finally backing this name (because the q's are getting cleaner making their job easier).

Leaders lead follows don't. However you can trade the next to make money just don't become a believer. The shorts love this company. Watch me eat crow on this one.

1. Short covering - maybe but theres only 1.8 million shares short out of a 45 million share float. (About 5 days to cover on avg vol, it'll go over 4 million today.

- arrow: $ARAY - This breakout continues. 3rd day, so be careful with chasing. However this #squeeze is really long term, we all know what @Dan says about how they go further than we think. (ARAY had been trading down the last 3 weeks in anticipation of this announcement.) 2. Also moving on the back of ISRG's move. Get perspective from the weekly chart.
