  • romanalexk: $COCO Bought some. Great volume.
  • romanalexk: @sierramp $CRS Always! I am glad it is helpful. You might also want to look at $COCO but I wish closer to 50 day and not too much overhead resistance. I started a small position.
  • sierramp: @romanalexk $CRS $COCO Big buyer 5 min ago $CRS
  • romanalexk: @sierramp $CRS $COCO Thank you! I was having breakfast and so the post and yes there is buying going. I have a bit more than a starter position. I will wait to see what the natural reaction is going to be like. Then if it rallies I will add to it.
  • sierramp: @romanalexk $CRS $COCO We must be in same time zone. I took a starter but will likely wait to add. There is however consistent buying.
  • romanalexk: @sierramp $CRS $COCO Awesome! Let's see how it closes. So far it looks promising.
  • Onthemark: @romanalexk $CRS $COCO Thanks for $CRS, got in this morning after seeing your post. New high on double average volume.
  • romanalexk: @Onthemark $CRS $COCO Sure thing! I am glad to help. Let's see what today's close will be like and what the natural reaction will be like.
  • MongosPawn: $COCO Got some on the bounce. DT.
  • henrik511: $COCO phase 2, look for phase 3
  • Henry: @henrik511 $COCO Or it's a tweezer top. That's a hefty phase 2 with volume
  • henrik511: @Henry $COCO I see that but I am looking at the uptrend too. My stop is at the 20DMA so not risking very much if it doesn't bounce back.
  • majida_perveen: @scottrades What do you think about $COCO?
  • scottrades: @majida_perveen $COCO Flag within a base. Low volume right now.
  • Docoof: $COCO Posted my exit yesterday and today T-Bone/Coco the chimp ain’t looking so good.
  • Docoof: @Boone.ruth $TELL I am not, but I think I tend to hold positions without taking profits longer than most members. So I’m probably not the best member to judge whether or not to take profits.(Yesterday I took profits in $COCO after only a day or two, but that was because I don’t trust IPO’s.)
  • Docoof: $COCO Holding up well today.
  • woodman: @Docoof $COCO - Great job with this one. Side note, every time I see this ticker, I think of the Jerry Seinfeld episode in which George at an office meeting says he wants to be called "T-bone" but it devolves into them calling him "Coco" (or Koko).
  • Docoof: @woodman $COCO Or Puddy, when he’s a used car salesman: “Right, Coco. That chimp’s alright—High five!” (They’re having a discussion about the name of the chimpanzee who is able to type.) https://youtube.com/watch?v=s4o25FJICRY
  • woodman: @Docoof $COCO - great stuff!
  • Docoof: $COCO And…out. ~9% gain is good enough.
  • traderbren: @Docoof $COCO - likely close the upside gap from 5/18 and hit resistance.
  • Docoof: $COCO Big 16%+ move yesterday held up as stock continues higher.
  • joelsg1: @Docoof $COCO Another nice call on this one. Personally prefer Harmless Harvest also at $COST in refrigerated case, $COCO not, but HH controlled by big French conglomerate $DANOY of which it is a miniscule part. So $COCO the pure play.
  • Docoof: @joelsg1 $COCO $COST $DANOY Thx, but wow 🤠 on $AEHR!
  • joelsg1: @Docoof $COCO $COST $DANOY $AEHR Taking a break today, $18 is the speedbump ceiling there.
  • Docoof: $COCO High volume mover at hod. Above resistance. Looking good. [A post from 8/5 that I deleted on 8/5—can’t remember why. #FWIW $COCO IPO Vita Coco closed at 13.18 = the resistance zone. Highs for 2022: Feb 9 = 13.09 June 6 = 13.62. IPO’d on Oct 21, 2021 with an open at 15.37 and close at 13.52. The next 15 subsequent closes ranged from 13.25 to 14.05. • Docoof: $COCO Still strong w/new hod at $14.73 +12.27% with volume > 2x daily average.
  • Docoof: $COCO Coconut water still ripping higher on BIG volume. Hod 15.34 + 16.79% on the day.
  • vfr777: $COCO ipo that broke ATH
  • vfr777: $COCO anyone looking at this IPO? The product has been pretty successful.

  • dkoran: COCO- where is the $COCO pumping today. Bought a starter yesterday to see what happens.
  • tnt: $COCO at the highs. Looks good
  • tnt: $COCO, http://chart.ly/lyym3iq ,looks ready to breakout soon. 1/3 of float sold short
  • taylor: $COCO - you keep hyping it, and it keeps failing. I'm hoping you are eventually right: Short $COCO puts, and Long $COCO stock
  • tnt: $COCO about to get fun. Short crusher heating up
  • tnt: $COCO could run all the back to June highs and retest $5.50 in the blink of an eye
  • tnt: $COCO tight volitality #squeeze, looking for upside resolution. Education names beatingt on earnings and high short interest
  • tnt: $COCO, http://chart.ly/lyym3iq ,has 1/3 of float sold short and looks ready to pop higher out of this volitality #squeeze
  • taylor: $SOHU, $ANR, VXX, $BAC, $COCO - Covering short #Options - taking gains. Like others here, I am exiting some positions early, taking some gains and trying to rebuild my buying power. • tnt: $COCO having a nice day
  • taylor: ENER @ tnt - first $COCO, now ENER. You seems to have a knack for picking my speculative stock holdings. I hope you are right and it moves, but I'm not expecting much. Position: long ENER, short ENER puts
  • tnt: Hey Taylor, well $COCO filled the gap post government news and ENER has a long base and Friday enormous volume. Could be a washout. Lets see. Look like reasonable trades
  • tnt: $COCO gap filled from early June, time to start looking long for a snapback rally
  • tnt: $COCO shorts still haven't covered, 24 mill shares, this is their chance plus new longs looking to come in
  • taylor: $COCO @tnt - pumping this name won't help in this market. The stock shows no sign of turning. I'd be in favor of #shorting some longer term strike 4.00 puts as a cheap speculation. Also, you might make a good living swing trading, buying it sub $4.00 and trading out @ $4.50.
  • tnt: $COCO running with volume, SHort #squeeze
  • ALBERTAGUY: $CECO - $COCO - BULLISH ENGULFING ON DOWN DAY - I noticed on Thursday after the market closed that these stocks were showing a bullish engulfing pattern. I was intrigued because i thought- hey if on a market down day these guys were bullish - tomoorow should be a really good day for them, especially if the market bounces. The problem was I was not sure how to place an order. As it turned out these stocks gapped up bigtime on Friday. So now I think i would have been right to somehow recognize this before end of trading day on Thursday and buy a position late in the day expecting an up day Friday. Did anyone do this and can you share how you can be alerted to this pattern (with 15 minutes left in trading day on a market down => 2% filter all stocks with bullish engulfing pattern?).
  • taylor: $COCO, $CECO, $APOL, Education stocks - news this morning (strength started mid day yesterday) - US Education Dept Softens Final Rule On Vocational Programs -

    By Melissa Korn
    Of $DOW JONES NEWSWIRES

    NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--The U.S. Department ...
  • dlylis: $COCO, et al - They are joking, right? "We're asking companies that get up to 90% of their profits from taxpayer dollars to be at least 35% effective," Duncan said. For-profit colleges have faced heightened criticism in the past year regarding their academic value, as program graduates default on their loans at alarming rates. While 12% of all students attend for-profit colleges, their graduates contribute more than 40% of all defaulted federal loans.
  • joanie: $COCO et al - No joke. Believe it or not that's a higher success rate than the not for profit community colleges. I just did a quick look and came across this: http://tinyurl.com/33n47k4. Readers Digest version: At community colleges, half drop out, and only 25% graduate.
  • jojo1480: Education stocks- yesterday I posted the stocks that were up % since the jan2011. Here is a list of stocks that are down since that period, might find better opportunity: $CPLA -28%, $STRA -20%, $LINC -6%, $ASEI 0%, $COCO -23.42%, $LOPE -35%.....good hunting.
  • dr.orangejuicer: $COCO et al - Spent my first couple college years at a community college. Parking lot is nuts the first week, students should arrive 20 min before class just to find a spot. By week 3, no trouble at all. Pretty astounding dropout rates.
  • joanie: Education Stocks - When I saw the volume going into these right when the 7 am premarket started, I took teeny tiny itsy bitsy bits of $COCO, $STRA, and APOL. Of course in hindsight I'm wishing I had mortgaged the house on it, but at least I have some skin in the game for some 59 minute trades this morning after market open.
  • taylor: $COCO, $TIVO, #Options - selling a couple of covered call positions on some of my more speculative long term holdings this morning - Sold $COCO Jan 21 2012 6.0 Calls @ 0.60 Sold $TIVO Jan 21 2012 15.0 Calls @ 0.28
  • jojo1480: For Profit ed schools doing well today, $STRA APOL $CPLA ESI $BPI LOPE $COCO, uhhh no thanks. edit- actually several of these are up since the beginning of the year: $APOL +8%, $ESI +11.62%, $DV +12.61%, $APEI +17%, and $BPI up 26%.. that aint bad, might have to rethink this. No position.
  • taylor: $COCO, ENER, Put #options - I entered into a couple of highly speculative put sales this morning. If these work out as planned (they expire) the return on capital is outstanding: Sold $COCO Nov 19 2011 4.0 Puts @ 0.65 Sold ENER Dec 17 2011 1.5 Puts @ 0.61
  • tnt: $COCO max pain for #options expiration is $5 on Friday, I bet they land it there. Would be a big percentage gain from here. Enormous short interest. Long for a trade
  • pdocker: $COCO - What has gotten into $COCO this morning? Up for the fourth day and breaking out of a VS. Now trading above the 50 day.
  • jojo1480: $STRA APOL $CPLA LINC $ASEI DV $APEI BPI $COCO LOPE- School for profit, i think they are up the last several days, go figure. On the radar, no position.
  • tnt: $COCO, looks to be coiling here for one of it's magnificant short #squeeze runs. 1/3 of float sold short. Adding to my long swing
  • tnt: $COCO finding some support on the daily chart here. Still 1/3 of float sold short. Looks like a powder keg waiting on a match. Getting in long $COCO again here
  • Golf77: $COCO starting to move
  • Golf77: $COCO finally a pivot........
  • geewhiz: $COCO Is $COCO in the longest VS I have ever seen or what? The eight month weekly has been in the #squeeze since December, and the daily seems to be in a consolidating #squeeze since Nov 2010. If this ever goes off it will make Mt. Vesuvius look like the neighborhood water fountain. It is coming out of a lengthy downtrend, but has been level for at least the last three months.
  • taylor: $COCO - all of the education stocks are waiting for the other shoe to drop from congress and the administration. Will they be able to stay in business if their students cannot get subsidized @student loans? Answer that question and you will know if you want to be in COCO.
  • jojo1480: $COCO is it $COCO puff or $COCO poof?
  • mglacour: $COCO support has been holding and the stock has been printing higher lows
  • jojo1480: School for profits stocks are all up today, some have performed quite well since the Jan01 $APOL ASEI $ESI DV $APEI, and the laggards $STRA CPLA $COCO and $BPI, might be worth a look down the road. No position.
  • debrup: $APOL - in a Volatility #squeeze, dangerous stock to trade. but I will keep an eye on weather the VS will resolve to the upside. Lost money on $COCO so not a fan of these education stocks.
  • taylor: $COCO - using market weakness to sell some near term puts on a stock that has been stong lately - Sold $COCO Feb 19 2011 5.0 Puts at 0.20. The strike price is 10% below the current price, with 3 weeks to go
  • tnt: $COCO volitality expansion continues higher. Still almost 1/3 of float sold short as far as I can tell
  • tnt: $COCO, if it prints $5.76 it is going to bring in a wave of short covering I believe and a run to $6+
  • tnt: $COCO, there she blows
  • taylor: $COCO, #Options - I've got plenty of stock, but I had been short several sets of $COCO Put #options. I'm lightening up on the put side while keeping my $COCO stock and writing calls against it. If it falls back, I'll resell the puts. Bought to close $COCO May 21 2011 6.0 Puts at $0.95
  • tnt: $COCO, closing out most for a nice gain here, will buy back on a pullback
  • taylor: $COCO, #Options - Selling more calls against my long stock & short put positions - Sold $COCO Aug 20 2011 10.0 Calls @ $0.30
  • sccentral: $COCO Starting to look interesting again.. Heavily shorted stock.. Devry reports earnings after the close tonight..
  • tnt: $COCO, nice follow thru from yesterday after 6 days of consolidation, still approximately 1/3 of the float sold short. bollinger bands just starting to expand. If $COCO can close above the January high of $5.76, it might be able to run all the way back to the 200 day ma around $8
  • tnt: $COCO mentioned in the bloomberg article. www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-01-24/big-short-eisman-vies-with-goldman-sachs-in-value-faceoff-over-for-profits.html?cmpid=yhoo
  • tnt: $COCO, has been consolidating on low volume for the last 6 trading days after gap up on upgrade. Now has filled Jan 10 gap and I am looking for it to retest Jan high of $5.76
  • tnt: $COCO still has 22.7 million shares sold short
  • taylor: $COCO, #Options - Sold $COCO May 21 2011 7.0 Calls at 0.35 against an existing long stock position. Not a bad premium when the strike price is almost 40% higher than the current price of the stock.
  • green: $COCO ^3.03% at the moment (maybe I should change my name/handle to "at the moment")
  • wehappyfew: $STRA Getting whacked this morning. Pin action may affect $COCO, $APOL, etc in education stocks.
