A couple friends of ours were evacuated from the Tahoe wildfire (luckily they were not burned). As part of their preparations they rented a storage facility roughly 60 miles away. My wife and I have considered a similar plan.

Compression into the 50 could offer a cheat entry but there's 4% up to down-sloping resistance . 51.12 alert for a BO above the 200 > DSR cross puts you in the clear .

One of the top three owners and operators in the U.S. Same Industry group as IIPR ( #1 ) ( they're both REITS ) According to IBD, CUBE has a Composite rating of 96. Personally, I've traded PSA many times around a core position. Who doesn't like Self Storage during a pandemic and subsequent potential variant freak out? I see tons of their buildings here on the East coast. More specifically, N.Y.C and Long Island. Thoughts?

- Aragorn: @Trixie $CUBE $WAB Yes it is a pattern of some profit taking but the trend is intact and finds support. It is a common pattern and used intraday by me all the time as well. Put a 21ema up there also sometimes it pulls back more to the 21ema but the trend is valid
