The Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend (at same level as before) of $0.67 per share on its common stock. This represents an 8.72% annualized yield at current price of 30.72. The latest analyst update from Truist Securities lowered their PT to $30 from 33 as the stock has been consolidating around the 38.2 Fibonacci level from the COVID low in MAR 2020 to the high in December 2020. For 2022, so, far, a low of $24.81 and high of $31.92 mark the range and makes this a truly -- get it? -- bold call! The weekly chart is showing a higher low within a narrowing channel in, both the short-, and middle-term timeframes.

"entry is everything" -- i tell myself that most anytime i make a trade.

I'd suggest just focusing on any new stock that I put on the growth stock list. I explain the entry, stop, etc. There are many stocks you can trade...but your goal should be to trade well.

- vfr777: $OHI in addition to my previous post, it's interesting to see that the stock was at around the 50 day and at each of the ex-div date of 4/27/18 and 7/30/18, the stock took off. I think it's being accumulated. If anyone has any comments, let me know.
- phojes10: @vfr777 $OHI I found OHI literally by accident last week (typo'd another ticker!) and was shocked at the chart combined with the high div in this market environment. So I did some research and can't see anything wrong with this player in the senior caregiving/skilled nursing facility field especially when it pays 8%! All of us here likely keep a close watch on everything we're in, so I always use stops, but this one's been like a gift so far.

Clearly, there is a growing market for these services, and with 84% of the services being small or independent organizations, there is a good environment for growth through acquisitions. I do not have a position, and will probably wait for @Dan's IPO criteria and a better market trend before considering a trade.

- mtnman: YIELDS -Nice to see some movement back up in some of the good old high yielding stocks - even as the 10-yr has been rising this afternoon. Maybe people are coming to their senses and realizing that it will probably be a long while before 10-yr yields are over 4% and thinking that a 5-6% #dividend in things that can appreciate in value is a pretty good deal for now.
