- champ: $NAIL $TQQQ $TNA $SPXL....this #new-News on interest-Rates is a great #Set-up for all #swing-positions.....and the Markets might even close on their HOD's and if it does, that would add even more positive swing momentum to the Markets, for next week and maybe beyond. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The next PCE economic report will not be until next Friday 8/29, so swings are more or less safe for the next 4 trading Days next week and maybe beyond, if that report comes in with the right numbers..?? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

- bigbartabs: @BarryC $IWM ... at the close yesterday I added a large position of $TNA for the same reason, and sold all my $TQQQ since tech earnings are in question. I'll be ready to buy in again if tech earnings don't fall apart. Good luck...
- bigbartabs: @Onthemark $XBI $LABU ... yes, I've traded 3x ETF LABU (and many others) off and on for years. However when the indexes take off like they have, I concentrate on the index 3x ETFs. Much easier to plow a lot more and bigger dollars into the indexes when they are performing so well. Trying to keep up with 20 or so 3x sector ETFs vs 4 3x index ETFs is easier to track, and to apply a lot more dollars due to their relative stability day to day. I've currently got big positions in $SPXL $TNA $UDOW. I'm out of $TQQQ until it perks up again. FWIW... all the best.

With the exception of $COIN and $MSTR, I scrambled to get out of everything once the market took a turn for the worse, only to scramble to get back in ($AMZN, $TQQQ, $SPXL, $FAS, most notably). Whew! I too have been adding back all morning, including $TNA. $UDOW not yet, but looks to be working on a break higher... but with some additional resistance at 2/19/25. With the budget bill certain to pass, I'm guessing all 4 major indexes / 3x ETFs will be good places to be with low risk, and bigger size.

- champ: $SPXL $TQQQ....looks like the next Market #Set-up, is for the Senate to pass the Budget Bill.. tonight or early in the morning....... ......and he close today, is in play again and I will be #swinging my positions........... .....then on Tuesday morning, the ISM Report for the month of June, should be a positive report ...... .....then on Thursday, the Payroll Report, that should be a positive report also....... .....and also on Thursday, Congress could pass the Budget Bill, maybe sometime before Friday morning, which will be the 4th of July or it might happen next week, however for Now it is just too early to know when Congress will Pass that Budget Bill, will know more about their Voting-Time-line on Thursday ......... ......I'm a believer, I'm a Market Bull and I will continue to add more $$$$ into the Markets. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

SPY and QQQ are both at all time highs, but not the 3x funds.
- champ: @mikethompson $SPXL $TQQQ #Set-up, #swinging.....Yes, I see that, they both have room to continue their zig-zag moves, up that Wall of Worry......however as we all know, the Key for everything is, we need a #positive-Market, in order to keep zigzagging higher. ....I'm holding 19 Investment positions........... and I'm also Day-trading when I see opportunities......... .....and I'm working my swing-Risk, off of the News-flow............... and as long as the News-flow remains positive, I will continue to swing my positions. - phgruver: @mikethompson $SPXL $TQQQ #Set-up, #swinging The leveraged etf's use leveraged vehicles, such as swaps and options, to achieve 3x the daily performance of their underlying stocks. That's 3x up and 3x down! There is also some daily slippage in there. As long term holds (and I've held $SPXL far longer than I should have....) they don't perform much better than the underlying, but, generally, they are less expensive, so there is still some attraction.

- champ: $SPXL $TQQQ.....this is the #4th-of-the-July-zig-zag-plan, for the Markets ......the Senate will be Voting on that Big Beautiful Budget Bill this Week-end........ .....and that is pushing the Markets-up......... and the guess is, that Bill is going to #pass............. .....and then the Bill will move Back to Congress, for a another Yes-Vote next week, before July 4th....... .........and the Markets really like that Plan.......... and that is what is fueling this new Leg, up the Wall of Worry, for a nice move all the way into the End of the Year. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are more #Believers, than Non-believers......... ......So try to Hang-on, thru all of the up coming Fire-Works, that will be starting early, next week....and that's the Plan. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
