I had picked up some shares a number of days after the ER blowout to see if it would bounce. Old Turkey will currently say it is early innings in a bull market so investors should establish a core position and let them run. - DAN: @mikethompson $TWTR $FB $SNAP $MTCH $SOCL No, you're not. I think that's right. And here's the deal about the risk. If the deal does fall through? Well, I can't recall Elon ever failing at an effort that he has made. You can say SolarCity...but he sold that to Tesla. Scummy deal...but he did it. But if it does fall through, you can just write covered calls month after month and make your stock loss back. The IV on the options will always be high because of the possibility that someone else will buy that piece of dog$hit company. So, one way or another, it's really pretty much a riskless trade.
