- scottrades: @ReneeH $AAPL I consider anything under the 200 Day a "Low pattern", because it's doable but has a generally lower probability because of the upside resistance. Some people might have different names but that one always made sense to me.

- woodman: @limes141 $IONQ $AAPL - IONQ isn't in a BB squeeze by traditonal measures here at SMM, but I like to consider squeezes in the context of a stock's historical BB width, or as I usually put it: a "relative squeeze." I think that term applies here with IONQ. That said, there could be some short term resistance around $49 (call it $50 if you like round numbers).

- traderbren: $AAPL - LOL - whacky ruling in my view, but what do I know. ;) Apple(AAPL) must face the U.S. Department of Justice's lawsuit accusing the iPhone maker of unlawfully dominating the U.S. smartphone market, a judge ruled on Monday. U.S. District Judge Julien Neals in Newark, New Jersey, denied Apple's(AAPL) motion to dismiss the lawsuit accusing the company of using restrictions on third-party app and device developers to keep users from switching to competitors and unlawfully dominate the market.

- woodman: @traderbren $AAPL - I haven't read anything on this, but on a motion to dismiss, the court at this early stage must accept every fact alleged in the plaintiff's complaint as true. It's a threshold ruling on whether, under the facts alleged in the Complaint, there's enough alleged to fulfill the elements of the law under which the plaintiff is suing. It lets the case proceed to the next stage - discovery of facts and evidence to support the allegations of the complaint. Now, the plaintiff must actually come up with the evidence to prove their claims.

As someone in there said, it was the best explanation on BB, couldn't agree more. The question on $IONQ and $AAPL posted this am was to verify my understanding of BB. I put on a pilot position as it was riding the 21 ema last week but thought of adding this am except I had to take my dog to ER this morning : ( Next up, is signing up for options mentor. Need to learn option as a hedge against my long position.
