- issues: @Trundleon $CVM It's in the biotech space and tie as #1 Rel Strength. Rated 66 Cum B+ accumulation! NP But looks good along with $ACAD (71 A-).A- in accumulation is great! NP ACAD is just "a little" over bought! Like huge above the 50 day etc.

- issues: @efrain007 I am comparing these biotechs: $ACHV $ADVM & $CVM. The best rated (IBD) are AHCV and CVM. But the charts tell the tale. I bought 100 shares of each: ACHV ADVN & CVM just to watch them.!
- efrain007: @issues $LJPC $ACHV $ADVM $CVM Good luck with those. I tend not to hold/swing bio's unless I see a day trade in it. I have some bio in my retirement but aside from that I stick with flips in my active trading. $LPJC was a possible trade this morning but that never triggered.
- Henry: @Trundleon $CVM It's a news stock rather than a technical analysis stock. So far the news is good. I've given up on biotech, because however needed the therapy is or how promising it is, you never know when they are going to release the press release that says: "The drug did not achieve it's endpoint goals and we are discontinuing the study" Unless you are involved in the research, there is simply no way to predict the result.

I know that you avoid bio med and stocks at this price level Seems to me that there are several of your principles at work here.....volume.....BB deviation......etc Background...35 years they've been doing research and apparently are close to having a head and neck cancer treatment. Last week an announcement came out about the BLIND Phase III study from an independent group that the study should continue until its scheduled end (Sept). I assume interpreted by many to mean that the outcome would be good. Volume has skyrocketed all week, and the price has moved along ABOVE the upper Bolinger band. Zach's has a price target of 14, dependent upon a successful trial outcome. I've been a member of SMM for 2 years, and appreciate your guidance. Also please use the $ before the stock symbol so we can see a quickee chart. $CVM This is a biotech with a perilous weekly chart and enough news in the last month to run it from <$1 to $4. Not a steady uptrend but a rocket stock. It looks like it has support at $3. They are working on a rheumatoid arthritis vaccine. I'm surprised we haven't heard more hype somewhere about that. But then again I don't watch the news anymore, so I might have missed it.

- CallaLilly: Biotech - HGSI belongs on the list along with $VRML (lost its Q). Studying some charts of the participants in the BioCEO Conference next week (February 8-9). Biotech usually moves on good news (or bad). Last week savaged biotech but still ... Some I'm looking at are $CERS, $PPHM, $IMGN, $ACHN, $KERX, $SCLN, $CVM (most think this is pumped), $CHTP, $BMRN (nice, very nice), $OREX,OPXA, $ARIA, $ACAD, $ALKS, ISPH, $RPRX, ALTH, $CRIS, $PDLI, $ACOR ( on fire), $GNVC (good entry), SUPG (still in uptrend), MRNA, $ALNY, $ATHX, $CYTK ... well there's more but this is more than enough to look at pipeline and charts. DDSS as a February 11 FDA date for Trazadone, which is getting a lot of attention.

I just got caught up in $CVM, which @Adam Feurstein hated, rising from 1.04 to 1.46 where I sold. I would love a trending real stock, lol. I am so getting the 'droid.
- CallaLilly: IMGG - biowonderful ... no idea what it will do but I've been seduced so many times by these exquisite moves and been convinced as it tumbles back down that it's consolidating or some other thing. I force myself to sell much of the wee ones on nice moves. I forced myself to sell $CVM up over 30% today and I even sold around $TRGT because I fear #Cramer pumps and believe I can own lots more cheaper. Struggling with PARD, feeling like Days of Wine and Roses because I don't know when the FDA event is or if everyone just dumps it any second.

I'm in $AGEN (secondary today, expected), ANPI, $SQNM, BFRM, $CVM, $CYTR, $DSCO, $GNVC (love the potential), $HEB, NEPH. I thought I'd do a basket to keep track of them and that I can add/subtract depending on events. $ONTY has moved, yes.
