- champ: $MSTR is now at $485.53 and is down around $253 points off of their most recent high, which was just at $727.77, on 1/2.......and LOD last year was at $188.30........ ....and #Entry-and-Exit-timings, are always the only thing that really counts. A nice Entry was around mid October and January 2, was the best Exit move.
- oldtimer: @scottrades $GLD excellent presentation last night . . I pulled up the Blockworks site and downloaded the whole list . . I figured 26 items and my question is as just starting some positions which would be your choice of those items. also $MSTR not sure why the weakness as I have $526 as potential reentry point. Thoughts

- geothrills: Picked up a little $MSTR today, as it appears to be bouncing near its 50 day moving average after a 24% pullback over the past seven trading days. This company owns billions in bitcoin, and pledges to continue funneling profits from company performance, secondary share offerings and low cost debt into continued bitcoin purchases. It's virtually a leveraged bitcoin ETF proxy and with the overall crypto market finding its footing (bitcoin just hit a high of the day), I think it's worth a shot. Stop at today's VWAP.
- geothrills: I'd also note that $MSTR as of 12/27/23, held 189,150 BTC, worth ~$8.75B versus a $7.89B market cap.

- Henry: @sierramp $COIN This is my 3rd attempt to reply. I was in COIN late so I took my profits in that and $MSTR. This is the hard part of trading, you want to hold the stock longer to get more profit, You want to protect your gains. You can set a stop so it's not a losing trade, but you give up most of the profit. You can set multiple stops, but if you don't have a big position, is it worthwhile? If people get scared, a stock like this can drop 10-15% in a day.
- billyzeke: @vitoB $AI Yep, as the kids say I got REKT on that one. LOL The lure of a juicy short squeeze caused me to go a little heavier than I should have...but taking profits on $MSTR earlier today takes some of the sting out. Can't win em' all. EDIT: I first said $MARA but meant $MSTR...got out of $MARA too early a while back...another mistake but Im learning. lol
- DAN: I can't emphasize this enough: $MARA is done. This is a climax top that is so obvious that you'd have to be blind to miss it. A big high volume reversal yesterday -- the highest volume since the stock began trading. Today, the volume is already above average, and there are still 4 hours of trading left in the day. $MSTR is also done. It is not quite as overbought as $MARA...but MSTR has more of a strategy than bitcoin. Saylor just owns a boatload of it. Know when to exit. The time is now...if not earlier this morning. --Dan
