I got into $CDMO - another biotech - on Oct 26th on BO abv Aug high, IBD Dlue dot, Comp rating of 90, addition to SmallCap 600, a few good things. $OCGN on the other hand has decreasing eps, Comp rating of 62 but had promising news. As @Champ preaches, sometimes the news overrides everything else.
