- debeers: $RPRX- LONG FORM:Let's suppose that you want to be in biotech but you have seen way too many of the growers and innovators in the space go SPLAT!! when a drug trial fails?? i know i have. Why not make it someone else's problem?? Thast's what i did when i bought $RPRX yesterday. Here's what they do. They watchand wait until the 3rd stage of a drug trial. That's the one where, if successful, the co stands to make money or be acquired or get royalties from some other pharma that wants a piece of them. it is the most dangerous stage and that is the investment profile where Royalty Pharma excels. SHORT FORM: Recent IPO . i think with them you have more gain and less pain in this space which is a time sucker.LONG

I don't really do biotech, but I really liked the story behind GNBT because an oral insulin spray that doesn't result in insulin resistance like the competitor inhalants is a very compelling to me. $RPRX on the other hand is about fertility drugs and I don't see the same kind of reimbursable demand for that. Insurance coverage is likely sketchy at best. Androxal may add to the company's pipeline, but that's not enough of a reason for me to get involved, although like any penny stock there's room for it to pop big time, so I wish you the best with it. The thing that got me interested in GNBT is I see it as a potential game changer in a world where diabetes is becoming more and more prevalent.
- joanie: $RPRX - tom, I don't really do biotech, but the chart just looks scary to me. I don't see any evidence of turnaround or accumulation. I also can't get excited about fertility drugs because they are elective drugs that will cost big bucks and likely have the least insurance coverage if not being in the exclusion category.. For me to take interest in a biotech (before we even talk penny stock) I have to be very impressed by the story and recognize the drug as a game changer that's going to have high demand and population that can buy it. Androxal may add to the company's pipeline, but I'm afraid I can't find anything compelling about the company.
- CallaLilly: Biotech - HGSI belongs on the list along with $VRML (lost its Q). Studying some charts of the participants in the BioCEO Conference next week (February 8-9). Biotech usually moves on good news (or bad). Last week savaged biotech but still ... Some I'm looking at are $CERS, $PPHM, $IMGN, $ACHN, $KERX, $SCLN, $CVM (most think this is pumped), $CHTP, $BMRN (nice, very nice), $OREX,OPXA, $ARIA, $ACAD, $ALKS, ISPH, $RPRX, ALTH, $CRIS, $PDLI, $ACOR ( on fire), $GNVC (good entry), SUPG (still in uptrend), MRNA, $ALNY, $ATHX, $CYTK ... well there's more but this is more than enough to look at pipeline and charts. DDSS as a February 11 FDA date for Trazadone, which is getting a lot of attention.

- Mitchell: $RPRX Hi Fred.RPRX was under accumilation Friday, but it only has a market cap. of $25 million and a share price of $1.25 which can easiy be manipulated. I would avoid this stock and look at another pharmaceutical company like Pfizer. -Mitchell
