- sierramp: $TCON came up today in one of my WatchLists. Short base in Jan then PB and move above the D50. They appointed a new CFO yesterday and the stock is responding positively. Insider buying has continued. Stochastic cross.

- sierramp: Here is an interesting spec that @DrScience covered several months ago. $TCON is a small cap clinical stage biopharma with a litany of drugs in trial. The stock was up 10% on Dec 22nd when it announced a direct offering of $8.8M common shares. That's impressive enough but it is getting even more support today. There has been a long string of insider buying including that of 10% owner Opaleye Management.
