Old Turkey will currently say it is early innings in a bull market so investors should establish a core position and let them run. Trying to swing for small gains and trying to rinse and repeat could be a recipe for underperformance.

- sierramp: @vitoB $CAVA $SG $CMG Pretty good demand. Mediterranean seems to be the way health conscious people want to eat now. Certainly healthier than Taco Bell, $MCD, etc. $CAVA should perform more like $CMG than $SG but there are always unknowns.
- Lou: @bigbartabs $CAVA - thanks. I expect that it may settle down a good bit lower than the first trade but is still a good LT investment. The concerns and comparisons are that it may be more like Sweetgreen than Chipotle. There is no talk as to whether it might grow like $SHAK. Chipotle got a running start when it was spun off from $MCD. $SHAK started much later and grew, unlike Sweetgreens. My sad story is that as a shareholder in $MCD I got an offer at the spin-off to either keep my $MCD shares or surrender them and take Chipotle shares on a 1 for 1 basis. I liked the dividend do I kept the $MCD shares. The rest is history. Anyway, I'm happy for my kids.

- champ: $DRI ...HOD...#Olive-Garden is moving after Mother's Day and plus.....Mexico Celebrated their Mother's Day last Wednesday, on the 10th....and I never seen that place so busy ever before.... and every Table was full when I left at 5:00. .....The News flow has been really positive on this stock for a few months now and my guess is..... it's going to Breakout, just lake $MCD and $CMG did. ....I'm still holding my Core Investment position and I'm trading around that Core position....however I increased my Core position size, this morning.

A solid performance on all metrics, but it $MCD worth $300/share? That puts the P/E at about 28.5, down from 35.14, going into earnings. It's hard to say, but there aren't many companies, right now, that are printing money....

- champ: $DNUT....HOD and this has been a Great stock for me....Investment position....and the CEO was on CNBC the other day and he said that they are still growing really nicely......and he also said, they they are suppling Donuts, for others to sell, they are mainly a #Wholesaler, with Wholesaler-plants, also with retail locations...... ....and Restaurants, Fast foods, Hotels and others like maybe 7-11 sell their products.. .... .....this is an example...$MCD, which is now testing at around 200 locations, I can't remember the exact number, that they are add now... because they keep raising that number. I'm still Holding and Building.

Awhile back before they had buy 6 get the 7th free ( frappe)...they had expire dates for the free ones but they always pushed that forward when it got close and it was many months. So I kinda had a thing going with my brother in law, we would text each other, I have 4 free etc etc....it got outta hand. I had 14 free built up, YEARS of saving these up. I pull it up one day and they were ALL GONE! Those $%#&%***er's changed the program and never told me! My brother in law got an email saying hey these are going to expire. I never got it. Of course I complained and they offered 2 free, I told them to shove them as I wasn't ever going back........... until the next day :)
