- djgustoso: $BABA may hit an ATH today. I asked about this one the other day on 2/7, and added to my long position because of the big volume that had been in the stock. I guess when you have a big winner from below it allows you to add on with some confidence when you've got a cushion. Shout out to @TraderGeekSam who has been crushing it leading us at OMM. He put us onto BABA around $85 and this has been my 2nd biggest winner of the year, behind PLTR :)
- Bert953: @djgustoso $BABA Wow, that $BABA is a classic money maker pattern from a volatility squeeze break out. The 50 was above the 200 and when price moved above the 50 it was off to the races. The 8dMA was strong support and the move was from $87when price moved above the 50dMA to $119, today. The Chalkin money flow started going positive on 11/12 and stochastics followed on 11/25, though it did go up and down, but with higher highs and lows. MACD crossed over the neutral line into positive territory on 12/2 and the reclaiming of the 50dMA was on 1/24 with an increase in volume. Earnings were on 1/29. Sorry that I missed it but the analysis will help for the next one that has a similar characteristics. Patterns repeat and that's one of our edges as tech traders and trend followers. "Lets be careful out there!"

- djgustoso: $Baba has been forming a sloppyish cup and handle and is moving on some higher than avg volume today. Over on OMM @TraderGeekSam put us onto a great trade, but I am thinking there is more juice here so I'm considering adding stock or perhaps some call spreads. @scottrades do you have any thoughts on this one? Or can you cover in the weekend SS?
