- woodman: @vitoB $BAX $MDT - The likes of $DVA $BAX $MDT were all slammed by the continuing knee-jerk reaction and pumpers pumping with respect to lofty but uncertain/premature claims that Ozempic/GLP-1 agonists will be the panacea for CKD patients on dialysis (allowing them to get off dialysis). To me, it all seems based on premature data/investigation and some speculation that it will significantly impact patients and therefore impact the CKD/dialysis companies. It's part of the Ozempic et al. euphoria, but it remains to be seen what comes of all this.

Stop at 83.70 $ARCH -- Stopped at $148 for break even. $TECK -- Stopped at 38.80 (basis was 41.06). 5.5% loss. $DVA -- Stopped at 113.00. Basis was 123.13. 8.1% loss $GOGL -- Stop at 11.60. I mentioned DaVita ($DVA) last Friday as a potential trade on a breakout. It made a great move on Monday, but retraced some of the move on Tuesday and Wednesday. Keep an eye on it. It's up this morning and looking pretty good. The recent high is ... - DAN: Placing DaVita ($DVA) on the Active Trade List. Basis $123.13 Stop: $113 Stock is breaking out...though it is trading on light volume today, just 25,400 shares so far. --Dan [Stock is now at $122.30, so there are still sellers at this level. Don't be surprised to see the stock continue to churn at present levels. If I had not already sent this out via email, I'd probably just suggest that you continue to watch it and wait for more volume above Monday's high.]
- DAN: Active Trade List Update: Our stocks are a bit of a mixed bag right now. Some doing quite well, and a couple being stopped out recently. $MPC -- Up about 10%. Leaving the stop at $79. $AAPL -- Stopped out at $166 for an $8 profit. This is now very choppy. No regrets about exiting the position. $JNPR -- Stopped out on Monday at $34.80. We lost 14 cents. The pullback was pretty steep, so there is a lot of supply overhead. $ARCH -- Up about 10%. Raising the suggested stop from $129 to $145. (Basis is $148.50) $TECK -- Up about 6%. All is well.
