Anyone averse to having facts revealed will want to avoid trial, especially billionaires who can write a check to make their poor judgments and bad acts go away so that they keep on keeping on.

The difficulty with $FOX is that it will be a very different company after the deal with $DIS closes this quarter, and I haven't seen any deep dives, as yet, into what t ... - Leverington9: $FOX looks to be breaking out of a volatility squeeze. The stock has been squeezing for over a month. Options are tough to buy with huge spreads. Stock currently trading around $45.50 and looks to have some room to operate with the only sign of resistance at the all time high (from June) just shy of $50.

Last year my daughter graduated with a dual IMBA (Master of International Business) top of her class from $FOX Business School (Temple Univ). Her graduating class (I'm guessing at 40) couldn't find jobs. She's a hyper, energetic soul and moved to Houston by herself where job rates were higher. She was quite creative in finding work and landed a good job with Buckeye Partners as a Financial Analyst. She tells me every week that many of her classmates are still looking for work. Most are here, but some abroad. My long-winded point being, if top graduates of a top school for business grads are having such a hard time finding work and they also have life experience (you have to be a minimum of 23 with well-rounded job/life experience) how are undergrads going to compete once they have their Bachelor's degree?
