- Forexpro: Re; $FUL Hi, Friends, Despite what appear to have been potentially disappointing results last night, $FUL is forging ahead this morning. A close above 45.56 will put it into an uptrend: "Adjusted EPS increased 27% to $0.90 in the 13 weeks ended Dec. 1, from $0.71 in the year-earlier period. That lagged behind the $0.98 average estimate of analysts surveyed by Capital IQ. Fiscal Q4 revenue increased to $768.4 million, from $678.2 million, but trailed the analyst consensus of $803.7 million. Looking ahead, the company anticipates FY19 adjusted EPS of $3.15 $3.45. Wall Street was looking for $3.76." Volume is nothing to write home about, although options volume is substantially higher than the norm (but still, only 742 contracts have traded' the number for $AAPL is 84k). I've set an alert at 45.57, but I'm not raring to take this in, necessarily. All the best!

- Trixie: @issues $FUL $FOE $SND $KRO $CC #105 $ASIX doesn't fit in the specialty grp i'm thinking however it might be worth a look.. They were spun off of $HON a while back, and had consolidated around the 50m for a while. They are into the nylon fiber, ammonium sulfate (fertilizer) and some other chemicals sound building related to my limited knowledge .. It looks like they might have things required to build homes to me.. Might be worth a lookie.. Can't reco getting in up here off a 52wk high tho and vol isn't all the high..
- issues: Someone mentioned SND, so I checked it out. It's in the Chemical specialty group (IBD #105 along with $KRO $FOE $CC $FUL $EMES $SLCA $HCLP etc). Looking at a 10 day chart $FUL is up 10%, $FOE up 9%, $SND up 6%, $KRO 6% and $CC up only 2 %. Chemicals usually goes with oil. We hold positions in CC and KRO but are considering FUL and FOE but obviously they are extended.

- issues: @Trixie $FUL $FOE $SND $KRO $CC $ASIX $HON #105 Clarification: The chemicals specialty group does include the sand names like $SND, $EMES $SLCA $HCLP as well as $FOE $FUL$KRO $CC.... $HON is diversified operations - group 43. and ASIX is chemical PLASTICS group 43 includes: $EMN $TSE $KRA $ROG.

And so forth and so on. Others to look at: $POL $RPM $OLM $PX $SXT $FUL $CHMT $GRA $PPG $ECL$SLC $KOP $SHW. So, have at it. :)

- woodman: #SpecialtyChemicals - there have been some interesting reversals (or possible reversals) in this sector, providing the potential to ride them back up. Of interest to me (in no particular order): $SCL $KRO $CC ( @maratom71 mentioned the other day) $AXTA $KRA $PPG $KOP $SHW $CBT $SNMX $FUL $OEC. Some may be good to go now, while others are worth watching to see how they do around obvious support/resistance areas. I have not checked earnings dates on these; I'll leave that homework to you.
