Every analyst highlighted the move to the suburbs from the cities in larger homes. Low mortgage rates mean that many affluent clients are buying vacay homes. Many folks who thought that they couldn't wait to get back to their offices find that they enjoy working from home. In my opinion, many are surprised to find that a house is more than a place to sleep, watch TV or use a microwave. There are no RH's abroad- there's your path forward to which i was alluding and the London countryside might be the first place IMO. If the job market today, in about an hour is total crap and the market tanks, i add to my positions. Like @bRobert, i add on pullbacks.

RH International's initial focus will be the UK and Paris.

Some folks like corn. $CF captalizes on low nat gas costs and location, location, location as its where the farmers are so has no real tranny costs. Yesterday was a classic Mutual Fund Monday with funds buying up the China embroglio. They have deep pockets and can afford to be "early." Unfortunately, Turnaround Tuesday appears to have traders on the ropes again. Watching for a similar outcome might get a hand-slapping, or a bear mauling. - Forexpro: @debeers $DIN $TXRH Hi, Lady DeBeers, I prefer blueberry pancakes to rattlesnake bits, but that's just me. Otherwise, obviously they're in roughly the same ballpark as far as price, etc. My guess is that $TXRH is about half a step up, demographically. $TXRH is more restricted geographically, and my suspicion is that it's concentrated in fairly prosperous states (it has restaurants in 23, I believe) whereas Applebee's and IHOP are fully national and international. Concentration might actually be preferable. With that said, on the bottom panels, you'll note that they've been very highly correlated, with $DIN outperforming to some extent, of late.Divvie yield of 3.27 percent for $DIN vs 1.63 percent for $TXRH, which might help me to lean in $DIN's direction. They both look like decent bits, though. Pancakes, or rattlesnake bites? Quick thoughts. Hope you're thriving; all the best!
