Says it will drive coming AI wave an on announcement of multiple hyperscalers and Enterprise custormers. It also called out (positively) some others in the AI ecosphere: $CAMT $COHR $MRVL $NXPI and $WDC.

And the other "fab-less, Fab at $TSM" IC makers are doing well: $AMD,$AVGO,$NVDA,$MRVL,$QCOM(hard to include in this list) and $AAPL,$GOOGL,$FB,$MSFT now design their own ICs in huge volume and can be considered in the group. Some of the smaller make-their-own-ICs doing great also: $ADI,$NXPI,$MSI,$LSCC and $MCHP,$SWKS,$QRVO,$ON are like $QCOM. The $SMH is cloudy.

But, if automakers having problems then others should as well. IC Fabrication companies(IC foundry) should benefit from the shortage, companies like: $TSM, $ASML, $AMAT, $LRCX, $KLAC and $UCTT and Companies that supply longer-life ICs, like: $TXN, $NXPI, $MSI, $MCHP, $SWKS(maybe), $QRVO, $TER, $ON Also, $TXN, $INTC, $MU, $QRVO, $MCHP own their IC foundry and can take advantage of the shortage. Companies that could be adversely affected because they rely on IC foundries to fabricate are: $AMD, $NVDA, $AVGO, $QCOM, $MRVL

My watch list icludes $AAPL, $AMT, $AMAT, $QCOM, $SWKS, $ERIC, $AVGO, $TSM, $KEYS, $NXPI, $XLNX, $ADI, any of the streamers including $NFLX, $DIS, and any of the roll playing game companies (for the games and for the hardware running them) including $ATVI, $EA, Sony, $MSFT, $INTC, $AMD, $NVDA. There are a LOT of "5G" tickers. Can't own them all. I've pruned by list. There are also lists of software companies that will develop new apps for use with 5G including self driving vehicles ($TSLA and others), even medical like $ISRG and other remote doctoring. Lot's on line to read. Like all stock recommendations you should do some research.

It could of course go higher immediately from here, and I do note that it's edging to an all time high (eclipsing its prior Feb. 2018 high) and threatening a move above a very long term horizontal resistance spot (which may not be so relevant given the length of time). But for my style, I'd wait to see if it pulls back from channel resistance. As mostly a swing trader, I generally avoid buying at tops of channels.
