- Henry: $HOOD $PYPL Vlad says they are "matching" 2% of new retirement accounts! I don't know how that makes financial sense, but he says it works. They also have a credit card that allows "virtural" credit cards so you could create a card for free trials. $PYPL CEO is on Cramer. No one ever told him to see a dentist? Really? Probably the same people who didn't tell him he can't grow a moustache.

I was holding this back in June when the weekly chart was pokiing above the 50w, but it fell back through and off my radar. missed this move, id say the levels that I could base a trade on are the down trending 150ma on the weekly chart, getting above that could give this another leg to 100, but at quarter end I'd be lookin more of a pullbak to that 73-69 level on the weekly breakout. np at the moment myself
- Henry: @tkemgr $PYPL What @Dan would say you could buy it with a stop under yesterday's low, or even today's low. I think today's low is too close. Stocks like this are hard to buy because they pullback only a small amount. Unless I buy them, then the stock would retest the breakout from a few days ago. Buy small.

- Henry: @dynomike1 $PYPL Welcome to the forum. My theory is the more you post, the more you learn. Sorta like teaching. It is a squeeze no more. That was last month. Josh Brown talked about this stock on Halftime. He bought it. There was news that they purchased a European company, I think. Dan said tonight he likes to see a tight consolidation. Not obvious on the daily but on the weekly it has been at the bottom of the chart for months. Like Josh I lost money on this stock before, unlike Josh, I will wait for the next street car to come by.

- Henry: @drock68 $PYPL Don't know anything about the fundies, on a weekly it at the top of a pretty narrow and deep 'U' The weekly chart is the problem. It's way down and to the right. The 40 week ema is above the 20 ema. It looks like they will crossover, but I would call the stock still in the basing phase.

- MongosPawn: @drock68 $PYPL Looks to me on the daily if it clears the 1/22/24 high with volume it could zig zag it's way up to the 7/21/23 high. Or since it's currently at the top of a channel (measured from 8/23/23 to today), it could retreat to the bottom of the channel (mid $50s?). Depending on your situation, If it drops below the 8dma I'd start scaling out. FWIW.

- Firemedic: @Dan Check out $PYPL was accumulating it around $58-59 around the 50 day . Set stop at $56.50 and got stopped out by less than .10 on Wednesday only for it to go on to breakout taking an $800 loss. I was so aggravated I didnt buy it back when it was putting in strong 10 and 30 min candles. I need to take it off the watchlist as it is making me crazy.

PE low relative to future growth. And according to CFRA ( formerly S&P Research): "A hallmark for PYPL remains its FCF generation, with $5.5B+ expected in 2022 and $6.5B in 2023. We expect the company to aggressively return capital to shareholders via buybacks with its $18B under total authorization." ADDing again.
