- joelsg1: $NVDA CEO Jensen has left the Island, Taiwan that is, but "Jensanity" remains there. The big announcement at Computex, and there were many, is NVLink Fusion which is kind of an open-source AI connection allowing enterprises to plug their custom chips into $NVDA's AI infrastructure without building their own expensive racks. E next Wed. and I don't know how they can guide in this chaos, but the $5.5B China hit preannounced should be baked in. I'll be exercising $108 calls today to add.

- joelsg1: @djgustoso $NVDA Mostly above my comprehension, Newest Blackwell iteration GB300 on track for Q3, new NVLink Fusion mix and match GPU connection too, new laptop components out this summer, Sovereign AI market seems to be growing fast and Jensen made point that these new GPU systems weigh 2 tons so nothing someone could easily smuggle and that NVDA has a good idea where their systems are at all times.

$NVDA is on a tear and up almost 60% from the early April low. The DeepSeek issue does not seem to be having a lasting impact on Nvidia's business and AI capex remains very strong. IT's now just 11% from its all-time high.

You can argue about whyich sodft toed sneak is the best sports shoe. BUT if you work around the field or at a warehouse where stuff falls all the time on the floor---you need $BOOT hard toed shoes. $DE-Dearly beloved. Now you can favor Deere over Kubota $GE-Does the maintenance of Boeing AND Airbus $GS- really? you are really going to bet against the squid??? $NVDA-They are constantly updating their chips and making them larger and more4 expensive. What's not to like?

$SMCI -- up ... - Cjauger: I am up 7% this week, couthanks to trade deal and $NVDA and $HOOD. My 2 largest positions. Exercising some discipline here and trimmed 1/3. Not easy, I want another 7%
- joelsg1: $SMCI Flying today above 200d and I think is a good barometer of AI sentiment, despite repeated mgmt. failures. Also $CRWV tonight, all climaxing with $NVDA E 5/28, and CEO Jensen Huang will keynote the expanded COMPUTEX in Taiwan on 5/18 8 pm pac. They're in quiet period but don't seem to stop anyone from making news.

$AAPL -- Nope. Search revenue from GOOGL has fallen a lot. They were getting $20 billion back in 2022. Safari search has also declined.
So basically, GOOGL and AAPL are searching for the floor. ... - joelsg1: $NVDA Yes, it's down 17% year to date and below the 200d 'where nothing good happens' but up 23% since low 4/7 and in an inverse H&S pattern that projects to the 'old' $140 resistance level. E 5/28 expected $0.83 on $43.28B revs. I've been accumulating and it's my largest pos. Following Warren Buffett's advice to buy great companies with strong mgmt. when nobody wants them. ATH $149 way back on 1/6/25. Just sayin...

- joelsg1: $NVDA For those who think the AI GPU boom is over, try ChatGpt, Perplexity, and other LLMs with a moderately intense query and put a clock on their response. The new image generation uses are sapping capacity, ChatGpt was refusing queries even from paid subscribers earlier because too busy. As new data center servers come online this should abate, but may be dwarfed by the new AI applications also coming fast and furious. $NVDA still the top dog in this pile.

- joelsg1: $TSM $NVDA China overnight threw US a bone if our leader is astute enough to see the opening, saying that it will no longer retaliate to further US tariffs (since "there is no longer a market for US goods imported into China") and that US chipmakers that outsource manufacturing to other countries (e.g. $TSM) will be exempt from retaliatory tariffs. Should be good for both stocks.
