  • woodman: $EPAM ~8dEMA support.
  • ssoha20: stocks like $ASAN , $RBLX , $EPAM , $ENPH and many like that.. have given more then 50% gains in last 1 month why didn't we bet on these ones ?
  • bwcarnation1: @ssoha20 $ASAN $RBLX $EPAM $ENPH cnbc fast money said 39 companies down around 50% are now up 50%

  • Docoof: @phgruver @stairm01 Can you comment on the BB squeeze (or lack thereof) for $EPAM? Thanks in advance. [Edit: My blunder: I did the math in my head to get the % and inadvertently halved it.]
  • stairm01: @Docoof $EPAM The present VS on EPAM is 13.4%. The 20 dma divided by the difference between the upper and lower BB, times 100 gives you %. It's considered a Dan squeeze or a tight squeeze when less than 5%. Also, if the 20, 50 and 100 dma are close, that's one to really watch for an explosive move.
  • Docoof: @stairm01 $EPAM Thanks for taking the time to give a detailed response. I’m always so appreciative of the help I get in the forum—it’s been indispensable to me. I’ve been watching Dan’s VS video (link below), but I’m always cautious when I first think I’ve grasped a favorite pattern/set-up of Dan’s because all of a sudden I’ll start seeing it everywhere. Thanks again! https://stockmarketmentor.com/2015/07/trading-volatility-squeezes/
  • Mikev200: Nice bounce today $EPAM Has lots of exposure in areas under distress these days. During the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, tensions between the firm's 14,000 Ukrainian employees and the 18,000 Belarussian and Russian staff sparked dissension when the CEO Arkadiy Dobkin refrained from condemning Russia in a statement on LinkedIn and rejected calls to assist the Ukrainian military.[27] Dobkin defended his statement which didn't mention Putin, Russia or his native Belarus, saying the company could not use its infrastructure for cyberattacks.[28]
  • woodman: $EPAM - I hope someone made money shorting this one. Yikes! Down 75% since Nov and still searching for the butcher's block.

  • woodman: @Mikev200 $EPAM - Oh man. I haven't read up on why this stock has been tanking this hard, but good luck to your son. I hope things work out for him.
  • Mikev200: @woodman $EPAM Well I assume it's because it has major ties in Ukraine, many employees there. He has one of those jobs where they change up every 5 years, LOL . Thanks for the well wishes

As of Dec. 31, it had 12,389 so-called delivery professionals in Ukraine, 9,416 in Belarus, and 8,933, in Russia.

  • Pokersmith: @woodman $EPAM It's a beast
  • woodman: @Pokersmith $EPAM - You're right. It's a wonderful company (located not far from where I live) and stock. It has it's hands in so many tech areas (even blockchain). It continually beats earnings and revenues estimates, having done so for at least the last 10 Quarters.
  • woodman: @Pokersmith $EPAM - I saw you say it's a beast in reply to my post earlier today. You're right. It's a wonderful company (located not far from where I live) and stock. It has it's hands in so many tech areas (even blockchain). It continually beats earnings and revenues estimates, having done so for at least the last 10 Quarters.

  • Pokersmith: When a large % of long term leader names gap down below their 50 day sma. Take notice and be defensive. See $GOOGL, $FTNT, $EPAM, $MSFT et al .. $PYPL below its 200 day
  • rythm: @Pokersmith $GOOGL $FTNT $EPAM $MSFT $PYPL what are the likely outcomes ? Rebound will be slow ? I am thinking the big money has found other places. Thoughts on the recovery ?

  • woodman: $EPAM into the 8dEMA after coming off the 50d on the pullback.
  • woodman: Haven't been around today, but a few random things I'm seeing as I get on board: $EPAM off the 50d but below the 8dEMA. $NVDA same. $LTHM same, as it continues to make a handle to its weekly cup. $PRFT still looks good, moving back up through the 21and 8dEMAs
  • woodman: $EPAM - around the 20d continues to work.
  • woodman: $EPAM into the rising 20d. It's been a decent spot.
  • woodman: In no particular order, some #EasyRider #NoDrama stocks to keep on your radar (not necessarily a buy rhrn, though some may well be, but these are for your consideration because they are pretty easy-going performers and have the coveted lower left to upper right path). $EPAM $CROX $CARR $GS $MS $GRMN $JCI $IT $INTU $FTNT $OTIS $DKS $ETN $PAYX $BX $EW $A COST MSFT $GOOG
  • woodman: $EPAM - another one of those you just have to get some to get your foot in the door, small at first, and figure out where you'll add. Extended now. 20 day area much better spot, but do something to get it on your radar .
  • wanda1616: @woodman $EPAM so many stocks so little cash : o
  • Pokersmith: @woodman $EPAM absolute beast of a stock. Long term leader ๐Ÿ‘
  • Docoof: Cyber-Security stocks all green: $S $TLS $FTNT $CRWD $ZS $PANW $RPD $BUG $QLYS $NET $QLYS $OKTA $EPAM $MIME $FEYE
  • kbrowe: @Docoof $TLS $FTNT $CRWD $ZS $PANW $RPD $BUG $QLYS $NET $OKTA $EPAM $MIME $FEYE $QQQ turned green as well. Was this morning a fake-out or just eliminating weak hands? $SPY still red.

  • debeers: @woodman $EPAM -You are in the top 10 of all smart folks, Woody.
  • Pokersmith: @woodman $EPAM This is a monster...nice hold ๐Ÿ‘
  • woodman: @debeers $EPAM - LOL! I'll take the other side of that statement. :)
  • debeers: @woodman $EPAM -which just goes to show that every once in a while you are wrong. I called the Mirage and Wynn to see if they'd take my bet. Caesar's will call back (yeah, right).
  • woodman: $EPAM - has been a great one. Fyi, It reports tomorrow bmo.
  • woodman: $EPAM $XPEL $FOXF (though more volatile) and $FTNT (which has been one of my favs) are some generally nicely trending stocks.
  • Pokersmith: @woodman $EPAM $XPEL $FOXF $FTNT EPAM is a beast๐Ÿ‘ . Long term leader
  • scottto_2: $EPAM - Maybe the nicest chart of any stock that nobody here ever mentions....
  • bRobert: @tartan $EPAM Breakout. Retest. of the breakout ............ Normal sequence before a blue sky run. Expect retests. Be surprised if they’re skipped.
  • tartan: I am not for sure why $EPAM did not continue running once it closed into clean air But I LOVE this chart Hopefully I am not the only one

  • romanalexk: $EPAM @bRobert I bought some yesterday off 8 ema bounce. Stop at $329. Do you think it was a good bounce entry? RS is kind of weak.
  • bRobert: @romanalexk $EPAM Really nice Great job $380+ wedge trigger targt daily/ $500 POTENTIAL WEEKLY cup and a pinch in handle
  • romanalexk: $EPAM is really working hard today. Thank you for the bounce @bRobert! :)
  • bRobert: @romanalexk $EPAM Nice WEEKLY chart Great entry on daily pb/bounce LOW RISK HIGH REWARD TRADE Learn to love pullbacks and WATCH Great buying on a sale with lower risk entry when you clearly see support /buyers coming in and not allowing the stock to reenter the channel
  • bRobert: @romanalexk $EPAM EXPECT a speed bump at top of range/swing high near $360 Consider partials if you swing trade or tight stop on PARTIAL The WEEKLY is BULLISH and reaffirms the buy the pullback philosophy as this thing is ready to pop on the WEEKLY and seea nice volatility expansion towards $400+
  • romanalexk: @bRobert $EPAM Awesome! Got it! I am more short term trader. I try to sell half at 15%-20% profit and hold the other half with the stop at breakeven. Also I like the tight closes on the weekly chart at the bottom of the cup.
  • traderbren: #Weekly_setups: FYI - some constructive Weeklies in the works. • scottrades: $EPAM coming out of a squeeze
  • CdrJake: $EPAM up over 4% to 345 but was as high as 359, on start of breakout noted yesterday. Pullback after the morning break out is on pathetically low volume. Overall volumes tend to be low compared to the front running stocks of the decade, average volume on this is below 400K, so when the real buyers arent buying, the price drifts lower. Mr. Composite Man, you letting this drift down... if you are a REAL man, you'll start buying again before the day is out. Can you hear me?
  • CdrJake: $EPAM break out from triangle squeeze, measured gap should take it to 400 (if it plays by my rules).
  • CdrJake: $EPAM looking like its moving out of a triangle squeeze bouncing up above 200 dma which should be strong support, would like to see more volume.. Am long from way below.
  • scottto_2: $EPAM - Took a bite using Friday's low as my stop.
  • scottto_2: Small/Mid Cap medium volume screener (90-day highs): $TA $ATOM $SLP $EPAM $VICR $WK Not the exhaustive list, just the ones that warrant a look-see IMO. Also, I bias away from the wild west of biotechs...
  • scottrades: My video notes today: $SPY New Highs on low volume. Closed below VWAP $QQQ Closed just above VWAP $GDX Breaking out. Welcome back old friend. $SIRI Looked good all day, slapped back down near the close. $PAGS IBD 50 Stock Squeezing. Watch for a move above the 200 Day MA. $WPM Too extended to buy, but looks good on the weekly and monthly. $PING IPO Stock Squeezing $WAL In a Squeeze, you’ll want to see this hold the 50 day. $PNFP Just under the 50 Day MA. $CPRT High Squeeze $PZZA Squeezing higher $EPAM High dollar squeeze $BIP High Squeeze
  • scottrades: $EPAM still in a High Squeeze. Not Support about 4% below.
  • rah: @bRobert $ZS $MDB $DOCU $NOW $CRM $SPNS Yes - I was just looking at that - $ZS $MDB $DOCU $NOW $CRM $SPNS Looks like @scottrades may have the best with $EPAM - in a "High-base Squeeze". ALL seem to have double-digit "historical sales" growth and "projected earnings growth rates".
  • scottrades: My #Weekend Notes: The Bears are lurking, but the trend is still in tact. $SPY Closed above the 8EMA. $QQQ Mentioned this being strong yesterday because of the volume. Did not break the trend. $GDX Still holding above 29 $TRU Great Weekly Chart $FCN Broke above Yesterday's high. $PAYC High Squeeze $EPAM High Squeeze but working. $FEYE Top Watch for next week $UBER Highest close in 2 months $AVAV Watch on a pullback or momentum trade. $KTOS Closed above 20 $STNE We want to see this go sideways a bit. $MIME Squeezing above the 200 Day and has a Rising 50 Day. $UPLD Wish I saw this Thursday. Watch for a pullback. COTD: $FSLY: Hey Fastly, speed things up a little bit. Thanks for all the positive feedback about my work the last two weeks. I really appreciate it and I appreciate you being here as a member of SMM! See you next week.
  • snowbound: @scottrades $SPY $QQQ $GDX $TRU $FCN $PAYC $EPAM $FEYE $UBER $AVAV $KTOS $STNE $MIME $UPLD $FSLY #Weekend Thank-you Scott , you are a master at a delivery smooth as silk. Will
  • ehaglund: @scottrades $SPY $QQQ $GDX $TRU $FCN $PAYC $EPAM $FEYE $UBER $AVAV $KTOS $STNE $MIME $UPLD $FSLY #Weekend Super job, Scott! Thanks for all of your insight!
  • scottrades: My notes for today: COTD: $LSCC Nice Triangle Watch above 20. $SPY Decent close. Low Volume but still in trend. $QQQ Still going, let it work. $GDX / $NUGT / $KL / $FNV / $AUY: Consider a partial stop at LOD. I think it goes higher but you may get a chance to buy some lower if it drops. $AMZN Monster Move today, biggest bull volume in months. $GOOGL Moving out of a base. $AAPL Looks like it wants 300. $TREX Good entry today. Top below 87 $DOCU Keep it on watch. Nice base, watch above 75.50 $APPS Watch for a pullback to the 50. Needs volume. $SBUX Not doing anything wrong, but it’s putting people to sleep. $UBER I have a position...looking for a bull break. $LYFT Right at the 50. $OLED Clean break on volume. $EPAM Breaking out of a base. $GLOB Hasn’t come back to test the break yet. Watch for that.
  • CdrJake: $PING Into starter position , Bollinger Band early buy signal on $PING (1st big move on much higher volume after a double bottom), last Thursday, but waited for a correction back into Bollinger Band. That move on Thursday was right side of cup on a gap. Still long $AMAT, $PAYS, $AUDC, $APPS, $EPAM, $ESNT, $HD, $NDAQ, $PCTY. $NDAQ looking like it wants to go higher still, check out the weekly chart on a 3 year timeline, is long handle, or a long consolidation after a HASh bottom, neckline was around 92 1/2. Level to watch is 105.36 for break out. OBV confirmation.
  • CdrJake: $EPAM I'm getting so many unbirthday gifts. Follow thru on breakout above resistance at 200. yesterday, on triple normal volume. :-) Tiny retreat from high near the close, so suspect it will want to take breather tomorrow.
  • champ: @CdrJake $EPAM--- Could be, but this stock has had a really nice move, $20 points.. since Tuesday 11/11.
  • shoredriver: @issues $PRSP $GLOB $EPAM $CDW $SPNS $VRTU $UIS ...Why would you buy all?
  • issues: @AlexH $PRSP yes it's in the same industry (IBD) group as these: $GLOB $EPAM $CDW $SPNS $PRSP $VRTU & $UIS. NP yet. But looking at UIS & PRFT. PRSP is IBD composite 76 (out of 100) - accumulation A- (good!) CDW is on the IBD 50 this week but it's down from (accumulation) A- (last week) to B this week. Because of the pull backs (not at the top) I like $CDW $PRSP and $SPNS. BUT I see earnings for PRSP on 11/13 - this Wed. Looking at past earnings I see .54 in June dropping to .52 in Aug. I also see it drops routinely to the 50 day $26 or the 200 day $23. So we will wait on PRSP. CDW earnings 11/22. So we will buy starter positions in $CDW and $SPNS Mon.
  • champ: $EPAM...HOD.
  • champ: $EPAM, HOD, this is one of $GOOGL, cloud partners...low volume stock.
  • champ: $EPAM....HOD, low volume stock, zig-zagging.
  • champ: $EPAM, @ $176.80...this is starting to look like someone might step-in, this might work but take a rope with you, could be quick-sand.
  • mradams0621: @scottrades $YETI Not sure this one fits your style of trading, but if you get a minute, please take a look at champ's $EPAM callout. Has been strong in the past but now lower highs, but near a strong support level. Could get a bounce but those who were trying to support it today seem to have given up the fight. Still watching.
  • scottrades: @mradams0621 $YETI $EPAM I'm better at buying strength than I am buying weakness. I thought $EPAM was going to pop higher last week but it's just broken down completely, so no trade for me.
  • champ: $EPAM, watch because there is risk, might need a #rope, if you walk into this trade, repeat, this could be quick-sand, direction is #Unknown.
  • BellaVino: @champ $EPAM #rope #Unknown What do you mean Champ? I see a huge red candle and it's crashed through the 150-day MA. It looks to be a previous support. Are you saying watch tomorrow for a possible bounce?
  • mradams0621: @champ $EPAM #rope #Unknown Thanks. I got that part the first time you posted on it. I'm drawn to this type of trade, but they rarely work out well. I'm focused on the nice moves up from this level the last 4 times it was at this level. $15 to $20 moves. High risk but high rewards for the risk. Still watching for now, will keep a tight stop to manage risk, need to see others come out of the foxhole before I take a shot.
  • Herb: @champ $EPAM #rope #Unknown It does seem to stop around its lower BB
