Missed the early Jan bounce off the 50d MVA and the initial move above prior resistance earlier this week. Right now it is extended, and looking for a small pull back for a potential entry. Watching closely.

Colombia Compania de Financiamiento, allowing it to operate as a financing company. The move will allow Nu Colombia to expand its product portfolio into credit, payments and savings, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Revenue growth was led by customer growth and higher levels of customer monetization in Brazil. Nu added 5.4 million customers in Q3, reaching 89.1 million globally as of September 30, 2023. Monthly Average Revenue per Active Customer (ARPAC) stood at $10.0, increasing 18% Y/Y on FX neutral basis (FXN). Gross profit expanded to $915 million, up 100% Y/Y FXN, with the margin rising to 43% from 33% a year ago. Adjusted net income rose significantly to $355.6 million from $63.1 million prior year. Adjusted EPS was $0.07, beating the consensus of $0.06.

I was caught up with the 2017 alt season. I shouldve looked at the coins at strictly as trades. This defi space has evolved at a amazing pace--really hard to imagine how fast the financial landscape has changed in such a short time. ETH gas prices are now obscene again and really is an opportunity for any Layer1 platform to attract devs. Eth needs to move fast to transition or we will see SOL DOT and others take share.

- woodman: CONFUSED - add utilities/XLU to the working sectors. On TC2000, look at the Diversified Utilities subgroup (of main group Utilities). Check out those charts. Awesome. And they keep going up for the most part. Look at the likes of $NI, $OTTR, $VVC, $UGI, $EXC, $UTL PEG, $CNP, $NU, $ALE, $NWE, $PNM, $WR, $AVA, CHC. I'm targeting/stalking some of these. I did enter $OTTR on this pullback and bounce off the 50 day, only b/c I like buying uptrending stocks on pullbacks to support. Many others, however, have charts that make you say how do I buy it now, which you could have said a week ago, a month ago and 3 or 4 months ago.

Utes, being regulated have very low growth rates, compared to the buzzin dozen. They are levered to interest rates and the fate of Bush #dividend tax cuts. Bernanke has your back on interest rates. Congress has their own back and could care less about traders and investors.

$SHW ... - murfields: #SQUEEZE---Scotto listed approximately 100 stock with a #squeeze based on the BB band with of 0.06 or less. Many will go too long before a break-out and will not give immediate profit and of little indicative value for now. Examination of the appearances of their BB charts is of importance. For a trial I picked out 15 out of Scotto's list based on their BB charts and maybe a possible break-out for immediate profit. The list includes; $EW, $MAT, $ETR, $NU, $MCK, $COF, $USB, $VZ, $TEG, $PNW, $CMS, $WFM, $T, $DTE, PFE. At 1.37 Pm EST 10 of the 15 are positive on this down day. I will follow these for the next few days for further possible up-trending.

$UTX, ... - murfields: @Scott- How do you pick your possible squeezes, just the 0.06 band width? The list is quite long. When I am looking I try to pick possible break-out in the next several days for possible up-tend of 3 or more days I try to analyze the BB chart of present and possible future expansion. Most in your long list could go for a long time-period before an immediate break-out. Possible immediate break-out on the list are $EW, $MAT, $ETR, $NU, $MCK, $COF, $USB, $VZ, $TEG, $PNW, $CMS, $WFM, $T, $DTE, PFE??? They are just possible. Next week I will check for the winners. @Henry; your posting eliminated my reason for my post.

I know that I know nothing, :-) ..but... it seemed to me like the utilities chart was better (being flat) than all other sectors charts(straight down), but @Dan didn't like it any better...just curious if there are other views out there. The reason I ask is because my mom's acct has some utilities in it and they seem to be holding their own this year. I put stops on a couple of them earlier this year when it looked like the mkt was tanking and regret them stopping out as they went back up soon after and i didn't get her back in them quick enuf and they've never come back to the previous levels to let me back in at the original exit price. examples $ED HE, also $D and $NU doing decent considering the mkt.

Second, a quiz: what do all these stocks have in common? $GD $GIS $BIIB $AN $ORCL $AEE $NU $WMT $ED $CAG $K $MDT $CPB $CTAS $KMB $EXC $XEL $PEG They are the 18 stocks in the S+P which meet the 'Volatility #Squeeze Breakout, within 8% of their 50 day MA' criteria. And, all 18 were green yesterday. Some really nice looking charts in there but since there are only 18, I won't spoil it for you. Same caveats as always- do your due diligence, know when earnings are, don't overtrade, don't run with scissors and have a good risk manage-y day.

Wholesale: ... - Moose: NU: A while back @Dan mentioned $NU Nu Skin in a couple a videos. Going back over my trades I noticed it I had traded it. Support seems to be at $25 since November and the 200 day has caught up to that support level. Earnings and the #Dividend have both gone up since then. Seems to be at a good buy point given its performance through all the volatility since November. Anyone holding this stock?
