The Company commenced operations on November 8, 2022, through its a wholly owned subsidiary Vietnam Sunergy Cell Company Limited (TOYO Solar), which is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). TOYO and its subsidiaries (the Company) are primarily engaged in design, manufacture and sales of solar cells and solar modules and related businesses.
