The only exception to those criteria is Acadia, which is back on track for Pimavanserin submission. Yah man. Be happy. Everyting gone be irie.

Both $PANW and $FEYE are starting to experience some profit taking. Closed all $XIV and $SVXY earlier. I'm hedging my holdings by selling calls against backdated OTM $TNA Calls and it's working fine.

For this to be completed the hammer had tobe take out and stay above, Count 123 if the price below the top for the hammer, it is not working. what I wanted to say, after 10:30 I like higher timed candles 15 30 60 unless a stock is running but SWKS stalled and was moving sideways. Now Look at $UHS - no pull back any inside bar 1,3,5 works for that because it is still moving up and holding the 8ema almost the whole day. Use hammers to get in also any defined rule and for me actionable signals are hammers shooters and inside bar breaks period. That is an actionable signal, but I use MA's as a hybridization of the strat.

- rah: $HCA @Josh - (reposted from comment on your article) Hi @Josh - Nice catch on this highlight. I do watch this Industry with great interest and anticipation as Affordable Health Care Act gets rolled out. Many of these Hospital Groups should see continued improvement, probably for years and at least till the financial reality of this program is known. With the anticipation of increased insurance enrollment and the service utilization that would likely follow in the healthcare system, we will likely see a higher percentage of "winners" within this group. I would surely be interested in knowing your take on this (if you also follow this Industry). I am watching $UHS, $ACHC, $THC but $HCA (from what I have read) has a much lower Earnings Growth Rate, actually negative - despite the chart. Peers $CYH +1.6%, $HMA +0.85%% and $THC +7% #rhrn. Long entry position in UHS. Edit: $THC Up 7.27% #rhrn Chas. S: " Tenet Healthcare Corp. shares added 5.4%. Fitch Ratings on Wednesday affirmed Tenet's debt rating at "B" and removed it from Rating Watch Negative after the company completed its purchase of Vanguard Health Systems. The outlook is stable." No position; missed the move, but could still go up--extended.

- jojo1480: -Health care, with the recent ruling regarding constitutionality of Obamacare (one part of the plan), and the possibility of the US Supreme Court ruling down the road, consider making a macro bet on the healthcare sector. The HMOs are acting positive this morning ie $WLP HUM $UHS etc., I have several of these in my long term portfolio. I think the beneficiary of this ruling will be the device makers $BDX BAX $HSP CFN, still researching and looking for the leaders in this group. As outline in the original plan, the device maker were the ones heavily penalize. FWIW.
- tnt: Hospital stocks are a buy here. They are the big winners in this health care bill. They have to eat so much unpaid care right now. That will change soon when everyone gets insurance. Payment amount may shrink, but volume will overcome this imo. $UHS, $CYH my favorites and I am long both. Bought $CYH yesterday and $UHS today. They have pulled back to good buy points. $UHS bought PSYS, and market liked it. Psychiatric care will be a goldmine, many of these patients have no insurance right now. That will change. $CYH is a takeover candidate also.
