- champ: @etmagic $CBL --- His name is #Scalp...he is a trader at briefing and he he very good, he likes these type of stocks...nice chart, fell back with the market...but turned back-up...interest rates. These are also working $VNQ and $DRN and they have the same charts but know yield...I'm in $DRN....I posted on these 2 ETF's. Thanks ...I added this to my watch-list.
- PRK: @etmagic $CBL The dividend just got reduced from .265 to .20 two quarters ago, so be careful. But IMHO the chart looks decent.
