- Junior: jojo - adding to... $AXP at top of well defined channel $UGP - really extended $MDRX - blew through previous resistance level, which could have been support for a phase 3 start. Looks to be going to 19.50 ish. $WFT - not exactly showing that it wants to start phase 3 $ABV - At a weak top, with descending volume. I don't get it... what do you see to compel your action?

Sorry about the tight tabs, but I coul ... - brianc400: Brazil In the last couple of weeks the Brazilian market popped when S&P increased the market's investment rating. This opens the door for a lot more funds to invest there, as many have rules that limit where their money can go. I am finding a lot of interesting setups: UBB ITU (banks), $GFA (construction), $UGP (retail), $VIV (telecom), $SBS CPL (utilities). I already own some $EWZ so I don't want to get carried away but I especially like the setups in UBB and VIV. @Brian
- strasse: One of the sectors which appears to be developing good $RS and has moved into more positive territory is the Util/Gas sector. These were the ones showing the strongest attributes $ENB, EP, $EQT, $MMP, $MWE, NRGP, $SWN TRP, $UGP and might be considered as starter positions in LT ports. Most have dividends; many are lower volume, so be careful. - Diana
