- DavidK: @Henry $MAR my wife used a $BAC credit card for all her business purchases ( she sold in Jan 2025) but I bet she had to get new cards 3-4 times a year because of hacks . I told her leave BAC but she liked their rewards program .

Her's seemed to be hit with fraud all the time, while mine was not (knock on wood). She probably had 3 or more in one year while I didn't have any. But eventually, it seems that we all get hit.

The education is been valuable enough that I've stuck around through several price increases and expansions of services. I have to agree, though, you do tend to give away too much for free ....

- bigbartabs: @DavidK $BAC ... I've had Bank America accounts since 1971 when I bought my first car. Any time I've had an issue with something BAC does that I don't like... I remind them of that. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. We had a check that we stopped payment on, that cashed 4 years later. It didn't work that time. I guess if you stop pay on a check, you have to keep track of it, and re-stop pay... since stop pays don't last forever. I think they said you have to renew stop pays every 60 days if they aren't cashed.

The stock is rolling over and we've got bigger fish to fry.&rdq ... - StockMarketMentor: Bank of America ($BAC) is rolling over and almost back to our breakeven price of $38.00. Our stop is just 70 cents below current levels and resting. The uptrend remains intact, but the bank stocks are definitely under distribution (see $DJUSBK). The stock has been going nowhere with a slight upward move and just hasn't really been paying off. Nothing wrong with closing it down -- I think the potential for profit over the next week or 2 is a bit low. Longer term? The trend still works...it's just running up a choppy staircase! --Dan

A close above $1160 is a very important development b/c it proves ipso facto that the demand for the stock is much higher than the supply created by profit-takers and/or nervous bulls. $NVDA is my biggest position. Actually, the biggest position I've had in years (other than bitcoin...which doesn't count b/c I'm not trading it).

Wegovy is $NVO's obesity med, and Ozempic is NVO's diabetes drug (same stuff). $LLY's obesity version is the current gold standard as it is more effective, and I believe safer as well.

Have you seen the safety/tolerability results of VKTX's? It's early but so far looks about the same as a placebo in terms of safety. Amazing. At the end of the day, all of these many versions will make you lose weight. The differentiator will be safety and tolerability. No one wants to be nauseous or vomiting or have GI issues, and many discontinue because of it. Goldman now thinks $130B by 2030 for the obesity TAM. Over time, there will be room for many in the area, and many doctors and patients will choose based on tolerability. VKTX will be coming out with more data on both oral and injected this summer, I think.

Dosing more is better and forever is contributing to the side effects. Many physicians in the summits use the product differently and get good results without the known side effects.

My parents have this bank and it took 1 hour to deposit a check from their pension, because it was over 10K.

- DavidK: @scottrades insurance companies have a license to steal as an old buddy of mine use to say. Well I have 10 $ IWM puts I held overnight and 10 puts on$BAC so nice 😊. I had a much larger put position but trimmed into yesterday close . It’s hard to trust anything coming out of govt today as i wasn’t going to risk a huge position knowing they might tweak CPI in their favor .

- champ: $BAC at $37.40...new position, Day-trade, going to see what happens, might swing, if I get that far and it did fall back off of HOD..$38.02, this morning......... ....and the reason why a new position.... because $JPM added $BAC to their #analyst-Focus-list.... ....because should get a #Pre-earnings move, off of that type-of-upgrade ...... ....because when the largest Bank by assets, adds another bank to their Focus-Buy-list, that should trigger a move in the next few days, before they report..... ....because JPM should know what is going on, inside $BAC. ....because this is a nice Set-up.....their Earnings will be on 4/16....... after these Banks report on 4/12.....$C, $JPM and $WFC. Also had another upgrade this morning, to a Buy..from a Hold by The Erste Gro
