  • traderbren: @woodman $CRWV - add $CRCL and $FIG to the list.
  • shoredriver: @traderbren $CRWV $CRCL $FIG ...$FLY....$BLSH....
  • Henry: $CRCL Reported -$4.48 I fed the press release to ChatGpt and: Circle's Q2 2025 net loss was driven almost entirely by two large, one-time, non-cash IPO-related charges; not by weak business performance. Key points: Strong growth: Revenue +53% YoY to $658M, Adjusted EBITDA +52% YoY to $126M, USDC in circulation +90% YoY to $61.3B. Loss cause: Net loss of $482M came mainly from: $424M stock-based compensation tied to IPO-triggered RSU vesting. $167M fair value increase in convertible debt due to share price rise. Both charges are non-cash and linked to going public in June 2025. Core operations were profitable on an adjusted basis, with a 50% Adjusted EBITDA margin.
  • joelsg1: $CRCL First beat as public company, Np.
  • Vcondry: @Motorman $CRWV its a coin flip but my guess is it rockets like $CRCL
  • Henry: $FIG Our Pacific Island CMM members have checked in and are safe. My post confused our members (we talk more than crypto over there) because Schwab has conflated the description and chart of a now defuct ETF with the symbol $FIG. FIG is definitely an IPO. Think of it as an Adobe for software development. The keep raising the expected opening price and it will be an IPO bigger than $CRCL

  • traderbren: $CRCL - getting out of 1st gear and shifting to 2nd... it will be interesting to see if it can clear yesterday's high by end of day...if so, look for an options exp squeeze tomorrow!
  • Motorman: @traderbren $CRCL Just saw big spike. I was about to go to sleep, Travelling so10:30pm my time, but this woke me up!

  • Mckirdie12: @BocaRick $CRCL :)
  • Motorman: @Mckirdie12 $CRCL Any idea what the reason for the spike? Crypto bill?
  • ReneeH: @Motorman $CRCL air above
  • bill52: $CRCL pushing against the upper end of the recent consolidation. watching if can get above 215 and close there or higher.
  • traderbren: $CRCL - has gas in the tank. Long and enjoying the ride.
  • MongosPawn: @traderbren $CRCL Perky today. Nice volume so far. Long.
  • woodman: @traderbren $CRCL - Ditto. :-)
  • ReneeH: @scottrades any interest now or future for $CRCL?
  • scottrades: @ReneeH $CRCL It's looking great today. Support is a bit far down, but with the new Crypto bill coming, this should benefit.
  • ReneeH: @scottrades $CRCL thank you, I like how it's been trading so tight, starter y'day but these headlines gimme the Yips
  • scottrades: @ReneeH $CRCL Sorry for the late reply, I was doing the CMM Webinar.
  • Bert953: @scottrades $CRCL Adding.
  • traderbren: $CRCL - pushing above the 20d and 8ema...
  • Bert953: $CRCL still going down. Lost the $200 price, and 8dMA. Now testing the 20dMA. Still holding some shares which are now underwater after selling 1/2. Hard stop at $167, just under the July 1 low, which is 1/2 way between the 8 and 50dMA's.
  • ReneeH: @Bert953 $CRCL noticed that one, could be a rotation into the $IBIT $MSTR craze, holding some here as well
  • Bert953: #MrMarket - could this be the summer doldrums? More market weakness as $SPY $QQQ gap and crap. Interestingly, $DIA and $IWM opened below yesterday's low and are now running up. As I snugged up some stops, they were taken out, including 1/2 my slightly profitable $CRCL position. Lets be extra careful out there.
  • bigbartabs: @Bert953 $SPY $QQQ $DIA $IWM $CRCL #MrMarket ... here's a trick I have used for years... watch 40 minutes after any market hour... as the 6th 10 minute candle ends after each hour. It's there that it seems a lot of traders / computer trading decisions are made... and often take a turn up or down. Not always of course, but there's some consistency there that I've noticed for years... especially for indexes and their derivatives.
  • Bert953: @bigbartabs $SPY $QQQ $DIA $IWM $CRCL #MrMarket 40 min after open would be 10:10 am. The 6th candle after each hour on 10 min would be the top of the next hour. Is this what you are saying?
  • bigbartabs: @Bert953 $SPY $QQQ $DIA $IWM $CRCL #MrMarket ... clarification... start at the market open, whatever your time zone is. Market Pacific Time starts at 6:30am... so first alert to set is 7:40 (1st iteration is 7th candle from the open), then 8:40, then 9:40, etc ... til the last alert 12:40pm. (all the alerts after the first traverse 6 candles). The alerts all hit 40 minutes after top of the hour until the close.
  • Bert953: $CRCL Printing small body red candle today. Stops set to minimize losses if she's not yet ready for prime time.
  • tienping: @traderbren $CRCL Hello there, I'm a new one here. It seems that you have bought CRCL call options. Could you tell me where i can follow your trades? Thank you so mcuh.
  • Henry: @tienping $CRCL Welcome to the forum. You picked a good one but unless @DAN hires him, or he starts his own stock service, the best way is to type @traderbren in the search box of the forum to make sure you don't miss any of his posts.
  • tienping: @Henry $CRCL Thank you for your answer. Btw, I'd like to know, apart from Dan who usually posts some trades, which other mentors in the forum also post trades that I can follow and keep an eye on. Thank you.
  • Henry: @tienping $CRCL That's a loaded question. There are different styles of trading. I point out stocks that are moving or have setups, but I am more long term oriented, @Woodman is our drug guru, but he has much wider interests that that. @Champ is very active short term trader. @Scottrades is our swing trader and cryptoo guru. There are quite a few more that I don't want to leave anyone out. If you are new to trading just stick to Dan's ATL list. You may think @Mr_Guru is a great trader and follow him into a trade. He my dump the stock for any number of reasons and not post it in a timely fashion. Every trade you take is YOUR MONEY and YOUR TRADE. You need to find a system that works for you.

  • Mikev200: $CRCL HOD. above yesterday's HOD
  • Bert953: @Cjauger $CRCL Yes, re initiating a position. Bought a few yesterday and a few today. I think that the long term thesis has merit, but I believe that our (retail traders) edge is in nimbleness and technical analysis with trend following. We cannot compete with the firms that can go visit the companies and have staffs of big brained analysists.

  • StockMarketMentor: Adding C3.AI ($AI) to the ATI List. C3 is starting to come up the right side of a multi-month base and is holding the 50-day moving average as pretty reliable support. Back on May 29th, the stock gapped up on 55 million shares -- obviously institutional buying. After settling down over the last 4 weeks, the stock is climbing steadily. Now, this is not a "textbook" trade in the manner of William O'Neil. But I'm not just a one trick pony. I see this as a steady gainer without much volatility. In this kind of market, I'll take as many of these as I can get. Basis: 25.65 Stop: 23.70 Again, I'm not looking for this to be a fast mover like $CRCL, $SPOT or some of the others we've been in lately. But this looks like a promising setup. --Dan
  • Mike2025Trader: @StockMarketMentor $AI $CRCL $SPOT thanks
  • ReneeH: @StockMarketMentor $AI $CRCL $SPOT Tom Siebel outstanding CEO, nice find at this low risk area!
  • Henry: $BMNR Tom Lee's company had a wild night. See chart I thought it my be today's $CRCL. If it is, I would expect people to grab their profits and jump ship sooner, having seen what happened when CRCL peaked.
  • StockMarketMentor: Hinge Health ($HNGE) is doing a complete reversal today. Till about 2.50 above the entry at 45.25, but this is a volatile stock that really peaked yesterday. Never let a profit turn into a loss. I suggest closing the position. You can always buy it back...but remember what happened to Circle ($CRCL) It went completely round trip after we closed the trade. Again, you can always buy this back. If you haven't close this by now, I suggest you correct that oversight. --Dan

  • ruskinq2: @StockMarketMentor $CRCL Dude, you're doing an awesome job! (as is everyone else on this site!) You totally nailed $CRCL when you saw 300 as a target...it's up to everyone to read between the lines. We don't trade stocks, we trade other traders and how THEY trade stocks, so yes even this discussion around $CRCL is valuable data on trader psychology. Party on Dude!
  • Henry: $CRCL Circle Internet (CRCL) shares retreated more than 6% in pre-bell trading Tuesday after the Bank for International Settlements warned about the risks posed by stablecoins and urged countries to accelerate efforts to tokenize their own currencies. Stablecoin is a type of cryptocurrency designed to maintain a constant value, backed by real-world assets such as fiat currencies, government bonds, or gold. According to Reuters, US dollar-pegged stablecoins account for 99% of the market. The BIS expressed concerns that stablecoins could undermine monetary sovereignty, lack transparency, and trigger capital flight from emerging economies. "Stablecoins offer some promise on tokenization but fall short of requirements to be the mainstay of the monetary system when set against the three key tests of singleness, elasticity and integrity," the BIS said Tuesday.

  • billyzeke: @StockMarketMentor $CRCL Please keep those type of trades coming! If you see something like $CRCL that catches your eyedon't hesitate to send out an alert with your thoughts on it even if you don't put it on the list. Every trade I make is mine regardless of where the idea comes from because I know it's up to me to manage it. I usually sell too soon because I have ZERO issues with taking a profit and I sleep well knowing what I banked is safe from any unexpected gap downs overnight. :)

Circle Holdings ($CRCL) is up again today and was at one point above $266. As I've recently noted, I think that this stock could run to $300 on pure momentum. This isn't a prediction; nor is it a "measured move." It's just what I think ...
  • rmacron: @scottrades @dan $CRCL Scott: In your CMM and SMM strategy sessionS on Friday the 20th, you said that CRCL is the only place to go for pure stablecoin exposure. If that’s the case, and if there’s no competition right now (and not knowing what other upcoming companies may be competition, and what, if any barriers to entry there may be) what’s to stop CRCL’s stock from just continuing (with normal ups and downs) to climb over the next year? Is this something one could buy now for a long- term hold and reap some big rewards? Dan: I’m interested in what you might think about this stock as well (I saw your to $300 post this am)
  • scottrades: @rmacron $CRCL Market conditions and general risk appetite are the only thing that could hold the stock back imo.
  • StockMarketMentor: As noted in my pre-market note, $CRCL has again done what it has done on so many occasions -- trades down at the open (either from a gap down, or a gap up), finds the bulls, and then stampedes higher. It's now at $275 and just $25 below my target to ...
  • lance1161: @StockMarketMentor $CRCL Great trading stock for the last several trading days for the nimble fast traders. Good one @Dan - Thank you Sir!
  • Bert953: @scottrades $CRCL Running like a scalded cat. I've built 1/2 of a position. At this level I'm scared to add more here cause its up so much. I am more of a swing trader cause I raise my stops and intraday weakness usually takes me out of positions. Would appreciate your and Dan's thoughts in the Zoom meeting on how to build and HOLD a long term position in this stock. Ive taken the stop off 1/2 of my current position. By the way calls are way expensive as stocks move from high to low volatility and the option prices reflect this dynamic.
  • Bert953: @woodman $NFLX missed the ride on this $1263 rocket ship. Looks like a good squeeze not far above the 50. For now I'll stick with $CRCL. Woah, stop just hit on $CRWV. gotta set some alerts for a re-entry.
  • woodman: @Bert953 $NFLX $CRCL $CRWV - keep watch of the CRWV 8dEMA area which has been good support the entire ride up. Eventually that will end, but when ... who knows.
  • woodman: @Bert953 $NFLX $CRCL $CRWV - I missed CRCL and didn't want to chase. Oh well. Can't catch them all.
  • lance1161: $CRCL Looking for a turn around after touching close to $299 (@Dans estimate of $300) he nailed it!
  • Bert953: @woodman $NFLX $CRCL $CRWV Yeah, $CRWV printing a bearish engulfing, though still above the 8, but not by much. The 8 is strong support. Setting alerts at Fridays low and midpoint for possible re-entries. Indicators are starting to decline too. Woah, just lost 1/2 of my $CRCL position, but for a very good profit. Daily printing a dragonfly doji and the 10 min shows that the current candle is a tall red one that fell below the VWAP. Looks like $JPM just went away too.
  • Bert953: @lance1161 $CRCL So true $298.99. Placing a stop on the balance of my position at $226.53, just holding back 1 share to keep my attention. This is why its so hard to build a long term position cause I dont like to see profits slip away. Definitely dont want such a big winner to turn into a breakeven or worst a loss.
  • mgoodw: @woodman $NFLX $CRCL $CRWV 2 glaring gaps in $CRCL make me nervous esp in IPO
  • traderbren: $CRCL - got to within a buck $1 of @Dan's target. Close enough for Gov work. ;-) Made some great moolah!
