  • Henry: $IRTC was down to $185 last night. The news might be too complicated to explain. CMS assigns medicare codes to all manner of procedures. IRTC makes a device, like a Holter cardiac monitor, that the patient wears for a couple weeks, to diagnose infrequent arrhythmias. Medicare came up with 8 new codes. The fear is it will no longer be a reimbursable procedure, but the document doesn't actually say that. The company has said expects all states to adopt the codes. If any physicians in the forum think they can explain it, look starting on page 497 of 2165. https://www.cms.gov/files/document/12120-pfs-final-rule.pdf
  • Henry: $IRTC never heard of it, but it's ticker just went by on the TV down 26% in ah. Cardiac Rhythm monitor whose last news was positive out of Great Britain, early this am. Normally trades 250K share/day On 3000 shares it started it's slide. Marketwatch says 10K have traded ah. There is no news on TOS, google, Twitter or Stocktwits I would not buy it betting it was a fat finger mistake, but it's odd there is no news. At this point it is a curiosity
