Nice squeeze action today...but I wouldn't be buying it here because breakouts are simply not working. And I'm not eager to put my money into a so-so entry. I'd rather just wait for the best one.

As a result I have become increasingly cautious, and placing stops at the lod This morning I added $NVDA, I mean that chart looks beautiful, I am still in it but sold 1/3 to reduce my risk, I have 1/3 stop at the lod $118.49 and the remaining 1/3 at the low of a couple of days ago $515.50. The low of the squeeze is around $110. I still love this chart I also added $MRVL, was stopped out of that one at the lod, this chart is not as beautiful. How do you suggest that we manage the risk in this environment? Are my stops too tight?

- DAN: $JYNT -- I covered this stock a few times recently. The price action looks like this can be a continuation pattern. These big moves tend to pull back. But when they don't, it's a powerful signal because it indicates that there is a lot of buying interest even after the big move. That type of buying interest typically won't just disappear. Because of the extended nature of the chart, this must be viewed as a higher risk trade and may not be for you. I'm just pointing out the chart. You TAYOR -- Trade at your own risk. Dan

- DAN: @Lou_O $JYNT Thanks very much, Lou. So happy to have you here. Low volume isn't always a negative. We want to see the first move be on high volume, but it's not absolutely critical that the high volume persist. Here's the analogy: When a rocket ship launches, it needs a lot of power to clear the launch pad and move beyond Earth's gravitational pull. It needs a booster rocket. But once it gains several miles of altitude, it can jettison that booster rocket because the booster is out of juice. The space ship can still keep going because it doesn't need as much power to MAINTAIN momentum as it did to GENERATE momentum. Hope that helps. Again, I'm really glad to have you here, Lou. - DAN: $JYNT -- I mentioned $JYNT on Monday, noting that it was in a "power move" -- big move out of a really good base that ran more than 20% in just a few days. $JYNT was up more than 30% in just 4 days. That's the kind of move that prompts profit-taking. BUT...this is also the kind of move that you've got to stick with, because the stock often goes higher. A big move like we've seen, followed by...hardly any pullback...and now at a new high? Where are the sellers? Not too many to be found. It's a riskier trade now...but it pays to focus on these power moves. Dan
