I have no idea how IBD decides to take these off and replace them with the others. If you look at the charts, it's really hard to tell.

- issues: @Kid2old $TWST This is like trying to climb a mountain of ice. Way too risky even for ME! Biotech is a very risky area and this one give me shivers to consider buying it. Not a good IBD rated stock.

If I got into this though it would be with the thought of owning a lottery ticket, I am prepared and expect to lose it all but there is always a (very small) chance at coming away with a winner.
