- djgustoso: @joelsg1 $IREN thanks for this one I followed your trade the Dec 37/50 BuCS, I bought for 3.65, now worth about double my cost basis. When a spread goes deep in the money like this with so much time left, what do you do?
- joelsg1: @djgustoso $IREN That's the difficult question. Could roll the whole itm spread up/out, let it fill or because I think there's much more to go I rolled the short strike up/out to $70 last week and also laddered up to then new atm spreads. One word of caution about doing nothing to let spreads expire filled--I did that with $CRWV with I think $49-59 spreads and when the stock rose above $100 had my short way itm strikes assigned early leaving me with a deep in the hole short stock pos. After the shock wore off I adjusted by selling the long, covering the short and putting on new spreads at the $100 level which worked out OK, luckily, but I'm extremely wary of being caught again. What do you think?

- bill52: $WULF Does anyone have any insight on why the short interest is so high on $WULF? Finviz has it showing 41.74% short as of 9/15/2025. Given the recent positive developments of their business and the financials look really solid in MarketSurge, its curious why this is so high. I also looked at $IREN which is a similar business model along with other miners such as $RIOT $MARA $HUT, etc.... and none of them are nearly as high. Looking back on my chart I see my first buy was @ 6.30 -then sold out on that drop it had on the 3rd and 4th of Sept. That's fine,...but that's not all. This is a monster stock that's run more than 400% since the April low and is now just back above the high set back when it first began trading. The stock is now at 28.70 and just below resistance at $30 bucks. While this isn't the perfect entry, I think that this is a stock that should be owned. I am putting this back on the ATI list with the intention of holding this for quite a while. Basis: 28.70 Stop Area: 24.70 (You may choose a much looser stop, depending on your goals for this trade.
