- woodman: $STM back to the 200d. Bouncing around at that level. Seems to have found support.
- woodman: $STM - This one is a bit of a roller coaster, but a reliable one. The chart shows the uptrend with pretty reliable highs and lows. The 20dSMA/21dEMA-34dEMA area has been support on the way up. It's in another of its pullback phases now. This may be a good one to pay attention to for a low spot to make a trade.

- woodman: Semiconductors - Just spot checked a few to see why they are down. I can't say its because of earnings reports, at least on two I checked in on. $STM down more than 8% after beating on earnings and revs this morning. And this is after it had already dropped about 15% from high of 3/31 prior to announcing earnings. (I didn't see guidance. $TER - same type of deal, and it soundly beat earnings and revs and guided above estimates.
- woodman: $STM - small bounce. No position but I'm thinking that if any bad earnings news (bmo tomorrow) is coming for STM, it may be baked into the stock after pulling back about 15% since its high on 3/31.

I like 'em, woodman. $LRCX is setting up nicely, though we need to see support at the 50-day moving average. $SWKS -- also a really good setup. Both of them look pretty similar. $STM looks good, but that move in January was so dramatic that it might take a while longer for the weak hand sellers (i.e., profit-takers) to sell their stock. They recently completed acquisition of Norstel for its silicon carbide wafer production and business. 3rd quarter was a beat and raise. Yesterday it PB below the 20MA which is where I would have started a position if I'd seen it then. Will add if / when it breaks above 11-27 HOD of 24.89 on volume.
