- dsmalls: $EKSO @bRobert Let's see if I've been learning anything: WEEKLY cup, $4 base, target $14 w/ trigger > $10.75?
- bRobert: @dsmalls $EKSO You left out the deeper base to $2.5 $10 neckline in inverse H&S $17.5 target the 200 WEEK ceiling
- dsmalls: @bRobert $EKSO baby steps, baby steps ;)
- bRobert: @dsmalls $EKSO You were correct for the part of the pattern you examined which is the same as the Daily C&H Just zoom out a little more and see the entire picture Wide angle lens Kudos You are doing great
- PRK: $EKSO Here is one of Lou's stocks from a few years ago.Lou knew some of the people at this company personally. He always had faith that this company would succeed, so I'm happy to report on its recent success. I miss Lou's posts.
- PRK: $EKSO Up over 8% today. Lou gets some credit for this stock pick. Some announcements made yesterday, they are moving into Asia.
- PRK: $EKSO Ekso Bionics announced a deal with a Chinese Venture Capital Group to do business in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore. The total investment is worth $100 million. $EKSO is a company Lou is familiar with, and I bought some shares on his recommendation. It is now up over 15% on heavy volume (4.8 mill when average volume is 207K).

- djmurph: @Lou $EKSO Hey, Lou. That was me. I took a modest position in this simply because I'm fascinated by their business/product, and don't know why it wouldn't be adopted by warehouse/assembly line businesses (in addition to the rehab centers they're focusing on). I'm down a bit currently, but this is more of investment for me than a trade so I'm willing to ride it out. Glad it's also on someone else's radar.
- geotheo: @djmurph $EKSO Wasn't the former CEO Steve Austin?
- martyrb3: $EKSO Zacks downgraded from Buy to Sell. Small position just to watch.
- martyrb3: $EKSO Received GSA listing of Federal Business Opportunities. Up today on news. Long.
- Lou: I generally avoid low priced stocks. However, I've made an exception with $EKSO. A very close long term family friend has recently taken over as CEO. He has a terrific track record in business and does not need the job. My family has been involved in the company since before its IPO in a "friends and family" round and until recently we regretted owning these letter shares. When our friend took over I started building a moderate position. These new shares are now up 34% and I'm looking to add on any pullback. Company announced a DD contract and is also aiming its product at factory workers. Several here have noticed and I'm adding this info FWIW. PS - a new CFO has been hired. The outgoing CFO has nursed the company to this point but it was time to add new financial skills.
- RedLeaf1: @Lou $EKSO Thanks for sharing info on this ticker.
- Lou: @RedLeaf1 $EKSO - just added at 3.20
- VenkatS: @Lou $EKSO Nice info. Thanks for the info. I bought this stock yday at 2.8.
- Lou: @VenkatS $EKSO - added more tich under 3.08
- djmurph: @spmeyers $EKSO This is starting to look like that chart! Stopped out for a small (maybe one beer's worth) gain. Still watching.
- djmurph: $EKSO I don't have any position in this (wish I'd bought some last week), but have been following this company for a while b/c I'm fascinated by their product, an "exsoskeleton" vest to help manual workers get less fatigued. Kind of like a wearable robot suit. They got a writeup in IBD Tuesday and it looks like it's breaking out accordingly. Would have no idea how/if to trade this now but am still watching ($1-$2 stocks scare me a bit). https://www.investors.com/news/exoskeleton-iron-man-ford-vest-ekso-bionics-global-deployment/
- spmeyers: @djmurph $EKSO look at Nov 2017!
- Lou: @djmurph $EKSO - I'm back - recovering from what I hope was my final surgery to close the surgical area in my head with a graft. I almost never invest in stock trading under $10 but I recently opened a position in $EKSO. New chair is a close family friend and extremely well qualified. My kids are in this since pre-IPO in a friends and family round and have been riding this mini roller coaster up and down for several years. The company is finally in a position to perform. I'm adding RHRN as the 2.65 level seems like a bargain.
- djmurph: @Lou $EKSO Welcome back. I'm wishing you a speedy and successful recovery. I hope it's your final procedure as well. I tend to stay away from lower-priced stocks too, but this company seems to have potential, so have opened a small position.
- djmurph: @spmeyers $EKSO Thanks spmeyers! Just responded to a post from @Lou that I've opened a small position. If it does what it did in Nov. it will have been worth it. I can see more and more companies adopting this technology.
- marrit: @Lou $EKSO welcome. Hope you feel better
- spmeyers: @djmurph $EKSO it also crashed, so needs close watching
- djmurph: @spmeyers $EKSO Tight stop for sure.
- infocus: @Lou $EKSO Glad to hear the surgery went as planned. Thanks for the $ESKO idea. I took a small position @2.63 Now I'm wishing that I had "loaded the boat". Nevertheless, I presume that this is not a day trading vehicle. In for the ride ;>)
- Lou: @infocus $EKSO - Hi Ron - just hoping that the graft holds and this is in rear view mirror. As for $EKSO - I don't know of a smarter, more qualified, and high caliber person than the current CEO. If anyone can make this move, he can. He is the reason that I own it. He definitely doesn't need the job or any of its perks.
- Geewhiz: @Lou $EKSO Also rooting for this to be the solution for your health issue. Wishing you all the best. You deserve it. And thank you for your earlier prescience in $ETE $ETP and $NRE. And nothing but blue skies for your health and the $EKSO trade.
- TRICIA: $RWLK former runner with news http://pdf.reuters.com/htmlnews/htmlnews.asp?i=43059c3bf0e37541&u=urn:newsml:reuters.com:20170802:nPn7xLMbBa .. $EKSO nhod sympathy move with $RWLK .... these exoskelton support companies have a big future .... our injured VETs, boomer population increasing therefore more Strokes etc ...
- woodman: $EKSO - complete gap fill up and now a return trip down. Yikes! It caught my attention last week on the pullback to and hold of the 200 day, but I sat idle. Thank goodness.
- woodman: $EKSO - big move off a bottom up thru 200 day, pullback and holding the 200 day now. BBs are wide, but worth watching to see if it will work up some steam to start another move up.
- woodman: @maratom71 $ESKO It's $EKSO. I've heard of it but know nothing about it.
- Lou: @woodman $EKSO - I invested in the company on behalf of my kids (really in predecessor) since pre-IPO. Very close family friend is a director. IMO long way to go before one can make any money from this investment. We can't sell (about BE now) because our shares are unregistered letter shares. Can't recommend new investment RHRN.
- maratom71: @DAN@Bridget@champ @woodman $EKSO Just noticed this Co., they are the first FDA approved CO., to use their exoskeleton suit, to help People learn how to walk again, that have had a stroke, or damage to their vertebrae. Thanks in advance for Your feedback.
- Lou: @maratom71 $EKSO - yes. In prep for NASDAQ listing they did a reverse stock split so that they could become eligible.
- maratom71: @Lou$EKSO Happy for You, for Your new Grandson. Read that $EKSO is preparing to go on NASDQ., Thanks
- maratom71: @woodman $EKSO Thanks.
- tjv821: $ekso looking promising
- SierraJW: @Lou $EKSO Undergoing a 7:1 reverse split as of today (or 5/4)... only have a small holding, which I will dispose of as soon as possible.
- Lou: @SierraJW $EKSO - haven't been following. Got shares pre-IPO in a fiends and family round and transferred them to my kids. About break even for them RHRN but no expectation of appreciation as IMO technology has passed it by. The shares can't be sold as they aren't registered.
- SierraJW: $EKSO - @Lou, et al... Up 16.5% today, sold position at a loss. (thinly traded - see my previous posts). High risk if you trade it, up on FDA approval of external skeleton product, trade at your own risk, (just my opinion) Jim
- SierraJW: @Lou $EKSO Update - Breaking out of a Volatility Squeeze up 7.7% on higher volume, FYI. My position: still under water, but improving. Jim Prev. post 8/24 - Up 6.8%-7.3% today, FWIW. If breaks/closes above $1.19 resistance, may go higher (in consolidation, VS last 30 days). I am long, 1/4 position - under water at this point - LT hold. (thinly traded - see my previous posts).
- Lou: @SierraJW - thanks for the update on $EKSO - I don't have it on my radar screen because of the lock-up as to our pre-IPO shares. Nice to know that it's moving up though. I still consider it very speculative and I would not initiate a new position. There now exists lots of new competition, though the company was early in the field and has some fine partners.
- SierraJW: @Lou $EKSO Update - Breaking out of a Volatility Squeeze up 7.7% on higer volume, FYI.
- SierraJW: $EKSO I have a small position in this company, which makes exo-skeleton devices (wearable Robots) for use in physical Therapy. (See 15 Min. chart, last 7 trading days). A "penny stock" at this point, but after a big decline, is showing some unexplained increase in volume and price (up 16% today). I guess I should have had an alert set, just in case, but I did not see anything to suggest this volume and price increase. No recommendation, still holding to see if this interest and increased volume has legs, or is just a flash-in-the-pan, FWIW. Thinly traded, and very speculative - I was interested from a technology and patent standpoint. Be careful. Jim
- Lou: @SierraJW - Jim - I was a very early Angel investor in the predecessor on behalf of my three children. We got shares of $EKSO in a merger and our shares cost and are worth about the same as the current trading price of $EKSO except that ours are restricted for a couple of years more. Great technology, doing lots of good, but competitors may be catching up. Not one of my better investments.
- SierraJW: $EKSO Up on opening this AM, 1.88, 5.6% Day 2 of breakout? Pulling back some, 1.85
- rtomczak: @SierraJW $EKSO Bought some a while ago around $1.25. Has been getting some traction over the last 45 days or so.
- SierraJW: $EKSO Bought 12/1/14, - BO Upward, and to the right! Presenting exoskeleton at a conferece, reported very good earnings results 5/7. Heavy volume BKout today from 14:00 hrs. Don't know any more right now. Awarded 3 additional patents. Long, added to 1/4 position.
- Marcelomex: @SierraJW $EKSO im in this with you. good luck
- Aragorn: @SierraJW $EKSO - Sweet nice looks real interesting. Thanks for bringing it forward
-
SierraJW: @Aragorn @Marcelomex [@Tricia -note below] $EKSO - You're welcome. Most of the time, in things like this, I was not watching, and missed the boat. This was sort of a fluke.
I had more or less forgotten about it, since it was bought last Dec. 1 ... - MartySS: $EKSO What's with $EKSO it's Beasting?
- SierraJW: $EKSO, $LMT, $INTU, $RFMD, $LUV all doing well this morning. I will not be in the forum today, so good trading to all. Jim
- eTradebaby: Still some speculative money out there, when the market's are this hard to predict from day to day, I like to hide under the radar in the pink sheets. $EKSO is one of the name the machines cannot touch and as so is a spec biotech $IDRA that has been getting some love from the micro-cap traders http://scharts.co/1ybfMpN I should have posted this yesterday but was not near my terminal. Something to watch for now.
- SierraJW: $EKSO Opened initial postion @ 1.55/shr
- eTradebaby: $EKSO Microcap-pinkSheet-issue, Robotics company has technically been trading really well, meaning allowing exits and entries which is a nice relief from retailers today http://scharts.co/129uu8B Some interesting tidbits, EKSO bionics was selected by Boston Dynamics for their DARPA project. Google own Boston Dynamics You can Google Boston Dynamics and EKSO for more details if interested. For a stock that trades less than $2.00/share it is not thinly traded and the bid/ask spread is not wide as one might expect.
- Lou: @eTradebaby - thanks for spotting $EKSO. MY family owns a bit of this company since pre-IPO with restricted shares. Haven't been following charts as we don't need to add and we can't sell. Wonderful technology and unbelievably heart warming applications. That said, there is major competition in the field so I'd approach any new positions with caution. For more information as to technology, do a search for videos - they are truly heart warming.
