I haven't vetted these in any way apart from the quickest glance at the charts; none of them look like recent disasters. All are priced sub-30, and they vary in industry and ... - Louis Berg: $ACI, $ACR, $ASX, $CEIX, $FNV, $JILL, $MN, $PAG,$PFMT, $SID, $STLD, $STM, $UMC, $VEDL......Steel and Coal Stocks are interesting as well.

- issues: @setshot $ON Semis are IBD group 39 (was group 23 = coming down = less buying of Semis). In that group are these: $ON (not yet a clear BO) $CLS (high base - may be a good bet) $QRVO (limit order in at $122) $UMC and $IMOS. I put in limit orders for $QRVO, $CLS and $UMC.

This could be my first small victory using the info / help from @dan and and all the SMM vet's. bought some on what ' I determined' to be a bull flag out of a #squeeze. If anybody else is following this stock would love to here from you, even if it's bad, I can take it. I already ate a small loss on that $VZ yesterday old kirk was defining risk correctly but where was the trend and the reward ? it's the slow death of 12 years of self taught marginal trading. I wish this patient trader in me would hurry up ! ;)

- razmataz: Semis - interesting tidbit on foundries in taiwan spending big money: this had not hit the news on amat in particfular when i checked 6pm eastern. Quote is from an online magazine and was picked up by a financial news trolling source that i am a beta user at 5:36. "According to DigiTimes of Taiwan, the Taiwan Stock Exchange has received filings from $UMC and TSMC which state they spent over a quarter of a billion dollars on manufacturing equipment between June 15 and July 13th. DigiTimes reports that TSMC spent NT$7.81bn with Applied Materials, Dainippon Screen Manufacturing, KLA-Tencor, Lam Research and Tokyo Electron, while $UMC spent NT$1.24 billion." disclosure: long amat (small pos - very tight stop)
